Location, excellent breakfast, modern interior!

When we came to our room, my room didn t check with housekeeper and it was dirty with some things on the bed! We informed staff and they remove to another room! In new room there was also some part dirty, we don t like to remove third time to new room and we told lady on reception that she knows and show pictures of these! She only apologise for us! Not proffesional! Manag

The room was very spacious, with comfortable beds. The location of the property was perfect, very central and close to many restaurants, stores and points of interest. The hotel looks recently refurbished and the amenities are great. Srdajn from the reception was extremely helpful and kind, unlike the rest of the staff. He had a very positive impact on our stay.

Breakfast options and organisation needs improvements. The rooms are quite hot (even for winter standards, we experienced nearly 30C in the room). The staff in general (except the receptionist mentioned above) must go through a solid training - They are not much paying attention to the guests, chitchatting with each other and all-in-all they make you feel guilty to bother them.

Location is perfect, close to everything, in the centre. The hotel interior is amazing, so clean and nicely decorated, attention to detail is excellent. Staff is very helpful and kind. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely come again.

There was some noise on the street due to the road work, otherwise in regards of the hotel, everything was excellent.

The hotel is nice and clean, one can see, that attention to detail was paid there. The materials in the room and around are of high quality. This gives a very good impression. The lobby and dining space is really large, yet not having a "hall-like" feeling. Buffet breakfast was good, continental. Close to the city centre and a parking garage nearby.

My room had a window, yet this was not looking anywhere but a narrow corridor like tunnel with a AC unit inside and exhausts from bathroom fans. This tunnel ended in a grid secured opening to the street. No light whatsoever. The breakfast buffet was located in a relatively small room and one had to walk a few stairs to get into the nice dining area. Elderly or handicapped people would have a hard time accessing the buffet. We were getting conflicting information from various receptionists about the parking in front of the hotel.

Breakfast was good. all you would expect really.. not above and beyond but certainly not below par. Thank You was very nourishing and well presented and warm foods cooked as they should be. Overall an above average dining experience.

for the location and the price per room compared to hotel over the road and some more lavish ones down the road that i have stayed at.. so i can compare honestly.. there is NOTHING i didnt like! The value for money for me was i got my bang for my buck as they say.

Amazing location just right next to the main square. Wonderful property. Well maintained (there were minor issue but ignorable). Beautiful interior. My kids, loved the candy at the reception too.

1. I believe same as most other reviewers - their breakfast. Options were limited, sometimes cutlery were missing and also weird location. To our surprise out of the 4 nights we stayed, 1 day our experience was very nice, they even served us eggs & Coffee the way we wanted, etc. Made us conclude that if they want they can make the experience much better. 2. More of a suggestion than my dislike -> There are few steps to the lobby area and then few steps to the lobby. If you can also add a ramp, that would help customers with the luggage.

Absolutely perfect location right on the main street in Belgrade. It very convenient as the main attractions, restaurants, stores are right in the walking distance from the hotel. Hotel is situated on the hilly side and therefore the views from the widows are panoramic. The double room is very comfortable , it has a large bed and walk-in shower. The room looks modern and everything is brand new as hotel opened recently. For the perfect comfort I do recommend to book a double room (previously I have booked a single room and that was too small with a small bad and no view). Also, this hotel has a nice reception area , well decorated restaurant and terrace.

I didn’t like breakfast. It was absolutely not matching the level of hotel. Food was tasteless and the service during breakfast was on very low level. Example , the lady that was cleaning tables wiped crumbles from the table next to me right on the floor and was throwing leftovers from other tables in a garbage bin right afront of other people that were eating there. I have stayed there 2 days and even decided to go for a breakfast to another hotel. I also noticed that hotel staff is not greeting guests, saying hello or good morning fist, which is actually strange and gives you a bit uncomfortable feeling.

Good breakfast selection although the dining room is very small. The staff were really helpful and did their best to accommodate all requests. The bed was super comfortable and the hotel overall feels newly refurbished to a very high standard. We would stay here again. Location is excellent. And despite being so central it wasn’t super noisy at night.

The breakfast room was a little small. Given there was so much unused dining space in the hotel overall it felt strange to gather guests in such a tight spot. Whilst parking was available in front of the hotel, it’s a really tricky space to get in and out of.

The hotel had a perfect location. The breakfast was excellent. The staff, the administration one and the one in the bar/coffee/restaurant was great. And would have given the highest assessment, if it wasn't for what happened when leaving: 1. The day we arrived was 24.05.2024, 16.00 local time. We were in a hurry for the Rammstein concert and were hungry. At the reception we paid the tourist tax (booking informs for that) , we left our bags in the room and left for the concert. 2. Late, after 23.00 h , we returned. I was looking for a refrigerator for the beer I did not drink and I found the mini bar in the wardrobe. Above it, there was a half drunk small bottle of water. It crossed my mind that this is not ok, but it was late and I did not call the reception (my mistake). On 26.05.2024 , it turned out that the cleaning lady did not leave the toilet paper in the room. So me and my husband and I had to go to the nearby 24 hour shop to buy one. We left on 27.05.2024. When we went to the reception, we were told that we have to pay a tax and for water. I kept my receipt for the tax, but I got very angry- after all, I had paid the tax, did not drink the water (we were a family and bought 1 litre water bottles and this is visible from the trash :) in the room) and had to buy toilet paper at night. Since, for me, this is not the first time when the cleaning ladies are stealing and trying to put that on the customer (I had a similar case in Romania during a business trip), I would probably have to apologize to girls who were at the reception on 27.05.2024 till noon. Despite my anger, they were polite. Advice for the management: Please check the cleaning staff you hire. And you may also leave the refrigerators in the rooms but empty- put a vending machine near the reception or , since you have 24 hour reception- let the customers buy the small drinks from there.

- amazing location, it does not get better than this - modern & bright rooms + nice view - very clean - great wi-fi, Netflix - really nice staff at breakfast (there was a young man there who was very sweet and helpful)

- I’m deducting a point because it took us too long to check-in; we arrived shortly after 3 pm and there was a group ahead of us; but still, there were 2 concierges at the reception and one was apparently helping the other when they could have just worked individually and checked in twice the people in that time; other than that, they were very kind - soy/almond/oat or any other milk at breakfast (just one sort is enough, really) would be really nice
