very nice modern building. private safe parking free. location near center and old city.(10 min walk) many shops next to hotel reception 24 hours spacy room with windows (view to back yard .. not bad) very helpful staff! the breakfast was great including everything and the hall for the breakfast had a nice view.

not so clean.there were hairs on the carpet. we could not adjust the air condition . there wasn't any shelf in the bathroom to leave the soap ! (put it on the floor)and no hooks for the towels.! (room 115) we found a tiny insect on the sheets (photo) some bulbs needed to be replaced.

Its nice welcome by receptionist.. she is friendly and especially the person that work on night shift., its good location in city center, its clean and have full minibar insides, have good breakfast, Recommended.

The restaurant inside the hotel only serve breakfast, and i cant extend 1 more day as is already full. But well overall is good.. i just move to belgrade to catch the flight in next few days.

Everything was perfect.The location was about 10 min walk from the center.They have their own parking and it was free.The room and the toilet were big and clean.The room was cleaned every day and it was very hot inside .There is an elevator.The breakfast was perfect.I ate the most beautiful croissant ever.Everything was fresh and the personal from the restaurant who were very polite were trying to be everything all right and they didn't let anything to be empty.The personal from the reception and from the restaurant and also the cleaning ladies were really so polite and kind.I have only THE BEST WORDS for this hotel.If I will come again I will surely reserve this hotel again.We were really very very satisfied from everything in this hotel.

My short stay :)

The location and parking was good . The room was pretty nice. The staff who were responsible for cleaning rooms were very friendly and pleasant.

It would help if there were larger signs from parking area with directions to rear entrance of hotel. The shower stall in the bathroom was difficult to manage. When water was turned on at first it only ran from shower head and that made the entire bathroom wet. Also the closet in bedroom had a strong odor so we were hesitant to use it. It would also be nice if the staff would knock on the room door to check if someone is in the room before trying to open it.

The property is in good location. I was positively surprised how clean and new the hotel and its rooms are.

I would like people to leave honest reviews. We almost did not book here due to some of the reviews. I am so happy we did though. I understood that sometimes the review tells you more about the person who is writing it than what is written.

The staff at the reception was very kind and quick to help. The hotel itself is centrally located and offers free private parking. The room was as shown on the picture and overall we had a very nice stay.

The breakfast was rather basic but as long as you just need to fill your stomach with food, you will probably find something in the buffet. However, after grabbing some fruit we preferred going to one of the nicer cafés in the city.

We were looking for a hotel with secured parking and a room with 4 beds. Indeed the parking was as secured as it gets, gated and with CCTV. From the room I could actually see the car very clear. We had a double room (one room with good quality double sofa and TV, the second room with double (queen?) bed and TV. Breakfast was rather basic but not bad. Location quite central right on a big avenue with shops, restaurants etc.

The bathrooms were super clean with floor heating which was amazing! It was very warm in the room and the bed was comfortable, I had a very good nights sleep.

It was impossible to open the window in the room thus the air was stuffy. Breakfast could have included a wider variety of breads, pastries. Maybe more yoghurts (they were not availble every morning). Otherwise everything was good.

Perfect location, big rooms, modern looking & they have a very nice private parking which is a big bonus 👌🏼 Hotel is great and most staff is too!

The staff at the reception called me at 10h40 to tell me we need to “leave” the room at 11h. We had a lot of luggage so we went out 1 min later, he than called again exactly at 11h01 to tell us that we had to leave immediatly… on a sunday morning… I have been in over 100 hotels this never happend….

The location is excellent, easily accessible from the high way. Also, the city center is reachable in 10min by walking. The hotel has a private parking, free of charge. The lady allowed us to keep the car a few hours more after check out. The ladies at breakfast were very kind. The breakfast was very good, many traditional Serbian food, which I like a lot. Many warm food, as well as a very tasty coffee.
