Very nice breakfast. Location is good but not suitable for people with disabilities.

Wellness hasn’t been offered before check in and check out time, what did not give pleasant experience.

Breakfast offers a large selection of food. Perhaps some of it is not suitable for breakfast, but if it applies to guests of different ages and habits, then it is understandable. The food was freshly prepared, you could prepare the juices yourself, which is a great advantage

The restaurant is in the hot air zone of the surrounding pools, which is not at all comfortable for guests who come dressed, it is too hot for them without ventilation. This comfort is intended for lightly dressed guests or draped in bathrobes. Imagine that you come from outside dressed for cold weather only a few degrees above zero, and thus sit in the area where you are supposed to spend time while having breakfast. The quickest way to eat is to get out as soon as possible.

We had wonderful stay. We liked anlmost everything - Facilities, locations, hotel, swimming pools, slides, quality of services, staff at reception, design, rooms.

1) We felt that despite high hotel prices, they went a bit too much with overpriced items of things like ice cream especially without any additional value added. They sell standard ice cream in restaurants from regular shops for 3 times higher price ?! It impacted whole experience as a bit greedy especially considering that hotel is highly priced but it can be argued as better quality. It left a bit of bad impression despite wonderful time and stay 2) lack of more restaurant options nearby

Very quiet rooms in this hotel. Well-groomed territory. Enough entertainment (swimming pool, spa, playroom and children's playground, etc). For the couple of days it’s not boring

No room service. We wanted to order dinner in our room, because baby was sleeping and we couldn’t go anywhere. But the receptionist said that there is no option to order food in the room. It seems that restaurants don’t have plastic cutlery or any when we wanted order food “to go”. And to eat with hands in the room isn’t very comfortable. On the whole territory there is no food stores or supermarkets. It’s strange, because you can live here in apartments with kitchen. So people should bring food with them?

Very clean room, comfy bed, pine trees in the backyard and absolutely fabulous breakfast with honeycomb, omelettes, Serbian pancakes and thousands of tasty things, one of the best in my life. The water complex with sounas and relaxation rooms is included, and it is a very pleasant experience both for adults and for children. The staff was polite. The local restaurant serves tasty local dishes and decent IPA on tap.

Water complex and breakfast is in the other building like 3 min walk. There are no shops and drugstores nearby, and you have to go via expensive taxi to Vrdnik in case you need something. The parking lot was closed due to some road work, so I had to use restaurant parking and called the reception every time I needed to pass.

Beautiful nature and clean air. Bungalow was very tidy and warm and they also cleaned it every single day. Pools were very clean and the water was warm which was perfect for our kids. We mostly used ones meant for children which are less than 45cm deep. Food was exceptional, basically anything you can think of for breakfast and dinner as an all you can eat menu. Staff was very helpful and polite.

Ethno restaurant was a bit pricey. If you are staying in a bungalow, you are not able to go by car inside the pool facility and you need to walk on windy weather . Indoor playground was leaking while raining.

All was really nice and number was clean. It's very kindly to manage free mini bar in number. View from number was also perfect.

We arrived at 1:45 PM, but were informed by reception that our room was not yet ready, despite the checkout time at 11:00 AM. When we returned at 2:05 PM, we were finally given the key, but there was no housekeeping staff present in the corridor near our room. Also we saw one family, who was waiting 2 PM near with building. I suppose, that they have strict rule not allow check in before 2 PM. It's really inconvenient. In this case they can allow to check out in 12 AM, not in 11 AM. So, it is weird.

Very clean classy hotel. Room was clean cool and smelled verry pleasant. Breakfast was good and the restaurant was nice. The pools are close to the hotel, just a two minute walk.

There was constant loud hum from electrical equipment in the closet. Ventilation too was noisy, it squealed and whistled all night, we couldnt turn it off and its display was too bright- it lit all the room like some blue lamp, pointed at your face, we had to cover it with something.

I stayed with my kids in a little bungalow that was just perfect, cozy and comfortable. Beds were comfortable, wi-fi was working well, bathroom was functional. The surrounding was lovely. The kids enjoyed playing at the playground next to the etno restaurant that serves delicious traditional dishes. The neighbouring spa hotel was great as well - we had breakfast there and used the swimming pools. The breakfast was unbelievable - there was everything on offer. The swimming pools are warm and clean. We enjoyed our stay very much and would gladly come back.

Excellent option to pick from 3 hotels at Fruske Terme: moderate pricing, SPA & breakfast in the nearby Movenpick hotel + one mini bar per day in a room included. Traditional Serbian restaurant on the territory - slightly overpriced, but the food was tasty and served in big portions. Tip: go to Piazza at Fruske Residence if you’re seeking for a cheaper meal.

Facilities look a bit tired, especially in comparison with the other hotels at this place. Still we’re satisfied with our choice.
