The location was fantastic. I walked everywhere so I cannot comment on the public transportation. Really quiet and this on a weekend so I am happy about that. Staff really helpful. For instance, I asked if they could print out train ticket and they were happy to oblige.

The only thing was that the room was itty bitty. There was enough space to do push-ups so it really was not that bad. Just surprising - no biggie.

Mine was a nice room, just right for one person - adequate in size but I particularly liked the excellent location and the lively shower. Although there was a notice on the bathroom mirror about thinking green, my towels were changed every other day regardless and they were always nice and fluffy.

When booking on booking.com, breakfasts were advertised at €9 pp per day extra but by the time I arrived they were €11. When I asked about it, I was told the price hike had been recent, I was invited to go and have a look at what was on offer - I went and it did not seem good value.

We absolutely loved our stay here! We were only here for one night so booked the cheapest double room. We had a really long day in 32 degree heat walking round Vienna and then missed the train we wanted to get and by the time we got here we were so tired. Anyway, when we got to our room we were so surprised to see we had been given a suite with two absolutely huge double beds and really powerful air conditioning. We were so tired and had had such a long day that this was such a nice and welcome surprise and absolutely made our day. The beds were huge and so comfortable - I've never slept so well. The air conditioning kept the room really cool despite the heat, as did the fan that was provided. The room was enormous with loads of storage space and places to sit. The shower was really powerful with great water pressure. The room was really clean and the staff we spoke to were so friendly and helpful. We were able to store our luggage at the hotel all day after checking out which was really helpful as we weren't leaving Bratislava until late that evening. I'd definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone.

I have absolutely nothing negative to say, we truly loved our stay here and only wish we had stayed longer 😊

The staff were friendly and helpful, and adaptable to offer us extra housekeeping. There was a large amount of space in our family room. LOVED the bonus of a luggage room, meant we could put everything in there and have even more space. Location was great for the things we wanted to see and do. Extra info - We didn't use any other facilities of the hotel so can not comment on that. The hotel is an older style one, but that's the charm. There are steps to the front door and again to the check in area.

Only small things - Would be great to have some towel hooks , as we had 5 people in the room we would have loved space to hang them and not require the housekeeping service everyday. The key to our room was temperamental for me, although my husband had it worked out fairly quickly,

The hotel is a 2 minute walk from the city center and the rooms are very tidy.

I had booked my room 5 months in advance, making a request to have a parking spot. The week before my stay, they let me know that all parking spots are being used, so I will have to park elsewhere. There are quite a few spots on the nearby streets, however, this was one of my criteria for choosing this hotel, and I believe my request should have been taken into consideration given the timing of my reservation. My room was on the ground floor, facing the street, so it was quite noisy. For a short stay it is ok.

central location, value for money. totally ok to stay for couple of nights if you are not very demanding. you have a bed, table, no wardrobe. private standard shower in bathroom.

some details like dusty tray. kettle was in the room but cable too short. no fresh air because the window is facing hallway, which is however clearly advertised by hotel so you should not be surprised - i was there in January, this might be more of an issue in summer but this is just my guess. i myself did not have any noise issues, might be different during high season because the room is not sound-proof, but again, I did not expect it to be.

Location. The bathroom was really big but disproportionate to the room size. Bedding changed daily in the room without air con.

Booked 2 rooms, one with twin beds & a triple room with 3 single beds. The single bed option was chosen when booked, but on arrival we had a room with a double bed & the triple had a double and a single. Although the doubles could be separated, there was not a great deal of room for manoeuvre. Only 1 room had air conditioning. It was unbearably hot in the room without.

Location in the lovely art nouveau area in the center of Bratislava, some 5 minutes walk from the tram stops and 10 minutes from the old town, with the famous blue church around the corner, with some good bakeries, cafes and restaurants nearby. Clean room, cozy bed, all needed facilities, tea and coffee included.

Internet was working only on mobile devices, but not on the laptop. There was some noise coming from the street in the night time when keeping the window open, and no air conditioner. The bed sheet was not very clean.

Hotel's location is excellent. Walking distance to most of the main attractions. Breakfast was delicious and varied. Staff helpful and communicate well in English. Room very spacious.

Room is not made up everyday. It is only made up on the 3rd night, so you have to do your beds, if you make coffee wash the cups, because nobody will come to do room and wash them. No air-conditioning. We found one fan in the room, and when we asked for another one, they gave us one immediately.

The room was exactly like on the pics. What I absolutely loved (and therefore a 10), was the hawaii room temperature. I think it was never so warm in any of the other hotel rooms I ever stayed in. The room was small but clean and cosy. The bathroom was clean and cosy as well. I liked that there was a kettle. The guys at the reception were nice, friendly and handsome

The wifi was not perfect in my room, it didnt work at times. The breakfast was so-so. Luckily I went there only once, as there was not much choice (i.e. no cakes, just one dry pancake, only toast bread and rolls, not much veggies, no fruit beside one from the can,although nice scrummbled eggs and good cheese plate). It should be a few euros cheaper for its quality. I got only one tiny shower gel (30ml) for 2 nights. I took one more off the cleaning lady. It would be great if the hotel also provided a shower cap and ear plugs as the street outside is a bit loud and so are the guests in the hotel. It would be great, if the hotel could put up a sign to keep the silence after 10pm on the floors, as you can hear everything through the walls
