- Located in center, yet very calm place, near park - Checkin without a need to contact people - Has everything necessary - washing machine, hangers, plates... - Comfortable bed - Clean apartment and building - Very friendly cleaning lady - Powerful hair dryer

- Before arrival they have send an email every day to remind to do only check in, it was too much spam - Overpriced - For this price there should have been cleaning each day like in a hotel - Checkout at 10 AM is too early - There was an automatic turning lights in corridor. Even when turned off, it would make a clicking noice each time you pass by, super annoying - No shelve in shower to put your shampoo on, need to grab it from the floor - Too hot and impossible to set temperature lower, had to keep windows open - at 10 AM on checkout day the door code stops to work and you can't get out. As there is no reception, you need to go around the building and look for help (thanks to wonderful cleaning lady I managed to get out)

I’ve spent the last few months travelling around Europe and found the communication of this particular accommodation to be excessive, to the point of annoying. The check-in reminders every day, followed by a rules PDF leading up to the stay definitely removed the romanticism of the trip. Would definitely recommend this accommodation in terms of location and cleanliness, but would suggest to whoever runs it to relax.

The apartment is close to a tram station, and from where one can go to everywhere interests you. The apartment includes a sitting room and a bedroom. There is a couch in the sitting room, which can also permit one adult to have a sleep. Sufficient utensils are in the open kitchen. I was not familiar with the washing machine and made it inoperative at the second day, and the repairman fixed the problem in a few days. The enviroment is serene and secure. The air-conditioner is Daikin, very cool. A Tesco convenient store is within walk range. The total experience was excellent.

the property was very clean, homely and comfortable with lots of space and storage. we really enjoyed our stay here and would come back again. the location is great too only about a 15 minute walk to the busy town area or bolt taxis are also very cheap

our stay was great the only problem that we had was the electricity went out on our first night. we rang reception who said maintenance would be there in the next 20 minutes, we waited half an hour and they still hadn’t arrived so we called again and reception told us they would call maintenance again. at this point we was sat in complete darkness so after an hour of no one turning up to fix this, we managed to locate the fuse box ourself and turn a switch back on. we didn’t really feel comfortable doing this ourselves but by this point the reception had closed and we was unsure if anyone was coming.

Location was great, room was cozy and very good for solo travel. Staff always answered to my email when I had questions.

Motion sensors where constantly cliking even if light were off. As a senstive sleeper it impacted my sleep quite a lot, until I bought ear plugs, but it should not have been the case. And you could see a multiple points of damage on the apartment - so first things I did after checking in - I looked for damage as there was my deposit on the line.

Apartment was walkable distance to main areas, old town and supermarket. Bed was comfortable and the shower is really good, best we have had whilst travelling. Communication with queries I had was excellent.

Did not like an odour in the apartment that didn't go away, but wasn't overpowering. There was only two bin liners (one spare), we were there for 5 nights and it wasn't enough. There was no egg slice in drawers or salt/pepper/olive oil. First time in 3 months of travelling that an amount of money was taken from my account 'just in case' of damage. Didn't like view from our apartment.

Everything in the apartment was excellent. Comfortable and clean.Refurbished.Very bright rooms.

The only negative is that it is necessary to pay an amount of €100 for a guarantee in case of damage. This is mentioned in the accommodation information, it's just a bit negative when you have specific money to spend during the trip, because even though it is returned after a few days, you are limited by the lack of it. 

Very nice and comfortable appartments. Big rooms, all needed facilities in the kitchen. Underground parking.

Our room had issue with the light. It was not working on arrival and it took near one hour to reset the systen and turn it on. Later we were told that system is not working properly in our room and we should move to another appartments in the same building. Entrance in the building is working via code entering (both way in&out). In one moment the code we were given stoppped working and we were not able to leave the building. Contact phone was not working. We have to write email to inform about the issue. Property management has responded fast. In 10 minutes issue was resolved.

This is amazing,cosy and well modern property! We enjoyed spending time here.

It would be better to have Netflix of TV, we were struggling to watch nice movie in the evening. And to have more cups and glasses, we have only 2 vine glasses and they were different sizes, but it’s not a big problem

Excellent location in a quiet small street, close to the bus station, the Medická Garden and the old town. Easy check-in, no keys, the doors open with codes. The kitchen is spacious, well equipped and everything is very clean. Silent air conditon, comfortable beds.

No window in the bathroom, no way to ventilate (the fan didn't work). Only one hook in the bathroom for the towels of eventually 4 persons. No shelf in the shower cabin, and the "free toileteries" means one bottle of liquid soap.
