Very pleasant facility and friendly staff. Parking in front of the building, clean and comfortable.

Unfortunately breakfast very basic. No local products, pseudo jams packed in plastic. No healthy food, all poor quality, cereal instead of muesli, sweetened juices It would be worth working on this because the hotel has its own charm. The railway line behind the building does not make it easy to fall asleep.

Nice location with big yard and generous park places. The villa is quite modern, with big rooms and nice furnished.

1. No air conditioner in the rooms. Considering that Poprad is at the bottom of Tatra Mountains, maybe this is not a big problem. But even so, I assume that there are some hot days during summer. 2. Some parts of furniture which are very visible used should be repaired/ replaced. 3. Coffee from breakfast buffet can be better.

The hotel is located close to the city center with restaurants and shops 5 minutes away on foot. There is a Lidl across the street, and road access is very good. The Slovak Paradise National Park is 20 minutes away by car. Our 45 sq. m. suite was very comfortable and well maintained, and so was the lobby and breakfast area. The receptionist always welcomed us with a genuine smile. The breakfast was simple but sufficient. On-site parking was convenient.

The bathroom lacked a hair dryer. Sound insulation between rooms was not sufficient - it was nice the neighbours enjoyed each other's company, but hearing them do it was not ideal. The railway line runs some 20m from the hotel, which was not a big problem for us, since we visited in May when opening windows was not necessary, but it must be a bigger problem in summer months.

Quiet comfortable and lovely 'private villa' type accommodation. Great value for money. Our suite was roomy and very nicely decorated.

Breakfast was ok. Very limited and coffee not good. Also only till 9.30am. Location whilst good was a bit unfortunate to have to go via underground railway walkway where a few 'unsavoury' people were hanging about and felt v uncomfortable but not dangerous. Check out very early at 10am.

The hotel is cozy and tidy, there is a water park nearby, and a parking in the closed courtyard. When we arrived late, we found the keys in a box with a code.

It’s nice that there was warm food, but it could have been more varied 😉 If you need to have your hair shampoo, everything else is there

Another stay in this hotel. This time not much noise from the train station . Comfortable bed.Clean room. Better breakfast than 6 months ago.

Not good coffee or bad coffee machine. Sometimes it tastes better if the coffee is from the simplest coffee maker.Lack of plant milk ( e.g. oat milk).

The hotel is close to the train station, from where you can easily get to popular hiking spots. There is a grocery store around the corner. The old town is a few minutes' walk away. The breakfast is delicious. The selection is enough. Parking is free and there are enough spaces.

I really couldn't say anything I didn't like. Maybe the fact that they could have vacuumed during the 3 days.

Beautiful place with nice design, modern and spacious rooms. Big Lidl shop 2 mins walking. Not far from the main road. Pizzerias around. Awesome view on the Tarta mountains. Clear instructions for self check-in.

Only one thing about breakfast was disappointing, we could choose only one option from the card (for example when you choose eggs with ham, you couldn't choose cheese plate or ham plate... so we didn't have any cheese for breakfast) but anyway, next to it there was a great choice of musli, coffe machine, yoghurts, cake... so the overall was very good. Bed mattress were very soft (too soft for us, but this is personal preferences).

hotel is generally nice and very clean Few things could be improved. Self check in , parking place, comfortable bed, enough place. I will definitely come back here .

poor light and ventilation in the bathroom no international TV programmes, only 3 local available coffee at breakfast - not really good

Downtown, Restaurants, Aquacity are really close, only 5-7 mins walking. Next to the hotel goes the railway, to us it wasnt a problem. Nice breakfast, tea and coffee in the room freshly prepared.

With my husband we love to sleep hugging each other but here it was little bit difficult because the bed was not a double bed but two single pushed together.
