Location is just perfect, directly by the lake. Breakfast and dinner were varied and tasty. Room was really spacious with a nice mountain view. There is also a mini bar free of charge. Hotel is providing free Ski bus service so you just need to call to reception about 20 minutes in advance. Parking is in underground garage.

Each day we asked about accessibility to activity room (billiard, table tennis, etc.) but we got still the same response " tomorrow it should be open". We spent in Hotel only 2 nights, so I hope they will fix it as soon as possible. Cozy wellness is gratis as well, but one sauna was not working. There is no tea or coffee while room is equipped with kitchen and kettle.

The building is amazing, a real gem of brutalist architecture, yet it's been refurbished not long ago, and is completely up to modern standards. The apartment I stayed in is airy with lots of space and a very comfortable layout. It's packed with storage space, so perfectly fine for longer stays. The view from the hotel is splendid, even though I was not on the side facing the lake. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is good, with a wide selection. Parking is comfortable in front of the building, but there seems to be underground parking as well. Sofa bed was comfortable.

There were minor issues with cleanliness, the handles of the kitchen furniture were sticky, probably from something by the previous guest, and when I tried to use the bathtub to take a bath as opposed to just showering in it, the stopper plug could not be closed because of the junk it collected. Talking about the bath, water pressure is somewhat low, but that's to be expected at that height. My friend sleeping in the main bedroom bed told me that it could be more comfortable. I would have loved to have a bit more of vegetables at the breakfast as well, but I am really just nitpicking at this point.

Great rooms, beds, bathroom, food, staff, services, location, everything worth 4 stars. The skibus every half hour is a great thing. We loved the Christmas decoration everywhere, they took it really seriously. Minibar in the room free of charge and refilled every day. Nice mountain view. Private parking.

Just a small thing: small dining room to my opinion, tables too close to each other and still not enough tables for all guests during rush hour.

The location is perfect, we had a gorgeous view from our room window. Breakfast and dinner were lovely, the bed was comfortable, and the staff were all kind. There is also a garage for cars, a supermarket a few steps away, and a playground right outside. There’s a train station down the road, and it’s a beautiful walk to the lake, ski resort, and other areas. Perfect for families (and also dog friendly!) 😍 We will surely be back!

Our room was pretty spacious and well equipped, the bed was comfortable (more on the hard side but I prefer that). The minibar is refilled daily and included in the price (Pepsi, orange juice, beer, water). What we loved the most was the breakfast: filling, good quality and plenty of different options to choose from.

The room looks better on the photos, ours was different from what it's advertised with. It was still spacious and clean but definitely not what I expected seeing the pics. The balcony was looking at a parking lot, so not much panorama there either.

The location of the hotel is awesome! 7 min from the lake, 5 min from the market. The views from the windows are astonishingly breathtaking! The hotel number was awesome - very clean, spacey and cosy! Breakfasts and dinners were tasty. We enjoyed our stay so much!

We lacked a kettle in the room number - that's the only shortcoming of the room I could think of :) The staff in the restaurant was not very pleasant and not welcoming at all - they spoiled our impression on the first day of our stay in the hotel. Later, we waited for our tea for more than an hour. Other than that - the hotel is really awesome and I would definitely come here again!

The location is fantastic!! It is also near to everything, the train station is 3 minutes away, there are plenty of restaurants and cafes right on the door step. And only 20 minutes walk from skiing facilities, to where the hotel free bus service is also provided. Breakfast was excellent, room huge and comfy. Service quick and efficient. We also have got a great packed breakfast as we were leaving very early.

Bed mattress was a bit hard. TV channels need to be adjusted before you can watch anything, could be nice to have it fixed permanently. Also would make sence to provide sleepers to use in the room as it is 4 star skiing resort. The buffet dinner was ok price for an adult, but for my child who does not eat much was very pricy.. Maybe different child's price could apply for that?

A modernized panoramic hotel between the lake and the train station (Zubačka), right next to the hotel is a supermarket with basic food, fruit, vegetables, drinks and also souvenirs. Varied and rich breakfast, always fresh pastries (salty and sweet), plenty of food even before 10:00. Luxurious view (6th floor) of the High and Low Tatras. Excellent price/performance ratio.

The suite had a bed that creaked. The pillows were uncomfortable (non-ergonomic, poor quality, in the morning they hurt the cervical spine). Non-alcoholic flavored drinks without sugar (Cola Zero, Pepsi Max) were missing from the minibar. There was no free electrical socket for charging the laptop.

Unique building in a great location below the Tatras mountains. If you're a fan of modern architecture, you should visit! The room was excellent with views - I went at a quiet time so was lucky to receive an upgrade. Comfortable bed and the bathroom well equipped. The breakfast was good too. Also, if you enjoy wintersports / hiking, then Štrbské Pleso is q good destination and a bit different too. Highly recommend.

We had a superior apartment which was amazing space and design and views as well! The breakfast was great and most importantly the staff and in particular the general manager were very helpful and made us feel at home. Also the ski bus worked very well to get us to and from the slopes whenever we needed it. Highly recommend!
