Locatioj was superb right on the lake. Room was great with balcony, tv and very comfy beds. Brillaint facilities including a pool that overlooks Lake Bled. Fantastic breakfast with great options.

Staff at reception were unfriendly and hostile, not willing to welcome you or provide help. Such a shame as the hotel was so lovely.

Breakfast was really good with lots of options to choose from and the restaurant is really nice. The location is absolutely perfect. Supermarket opposite, 5 min walk to the bus station, it’s right on the lake, the area and the view from the room is just perfect. 5 minutes walk to the tourist centre to book lots of activities! I would recommended eating in the castle it was so nice with a stunning view. I love that bled is so eco friendly and clean and picturesque.

I didn’t like that we had to pay extra to use the sauna facilities I would expect it to be included in the rate and the pool was always busy with no where to sit so we didn’t use it.

Excellent location, in front of lake Bled, easy to reach evry major tourist location, on lake Bled.

The hotel is in the perfect spot on the lakeside. it takes less than a minute to walk down to the lake front. There's lots of food/drink options around the hotel as well. The room was very comfortable and clean. The pool was also spotless, with incredible views. The breakfast was great, plenty of choice.

The parking is unfortunately abit rubbish, there's not enough spaces for the hotel capacity and you had to squeeze into awkward spots, park on the grass or as I found out unfortunately, get blocked in by other cars, and with no car registration it's impossible to know who's car it is to ask them to move etc they did have parking attendants but they could only work with the limited space, they offer public parking for a higher rate, this is what's probably causing the issues because its not only hotel guests parking in the carpark, seems silly when we still had to pay for parking, just at a lower rate.

Everything was excellent

The location is great, close to the lake. The breakfast is rich in terms of options. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. Parking on site (for 10 euros per day) is convenient. The room was large enough, clean.

On the first night it was quite cold outside and we couldn't start the heating in the room. Although we had a room which was supposed to have a large double bed, we actually had 2 single beds put together. I still don't know how anybody in the hospitality business can think that 2 mattresses, even when they are put close to each other, can provide the same comfort as a single large one. The sound insulation of the balcony door was inexistent, so every night (late night up to morning sometimes) we heard the "lovely" (probably drunk) people outside having a good time.

Location - It's lake Bled, what can you say, what a place, what views, absolutely amazing! The view, well, oddly enough, this is of Lake Bled, again, absolutely amazing. The room was fantastic, spacious, clean, tidy and the beds, I thought I'd died and gone to heaven, one of, if not the, most comfortable bed of our entire Europe 2023 trip. One warning about those beds though, if you need to call or speak to anyone, do that before you lay down, as soon at that memory foam bed envelops you' you're out! Lake Bled is fantastic, unfortunately (or fortunately, depending on your interests in thunder storms) there was a storm that rolled in, and it was amazing! Bangs, flashes and rain the likes of which you've never seen before, it was nothing short of spectacular, and, in my opinion can only be counted in the "What did you like?" section.

Realistically, who doesn't want more and to pay less for it!? In all reality, you're paying for the location and the views and by God do you get the views!?

We manage to get a lakeside view and really enjoyed the swimming and spa facilities while we were there.

We went for the lake view room and so glad we did. Wow - just stunning view!!!! We sat and just stared at it daily and nightly. Room was very nice, good bathroom. Beds were comfortable but they only give you one pillow. Staff is, for the most part, friendly (except the lifeguard in the pool...not sure what his problem is...). Hotel is perfectly located. They do charge even motorcycles parking which I think is a little crazy after spending that much on the room itself and they stick the motorcycle in a corner. Breakfast was amazing! Loads of options and great. I would come back and stay here in a heartbeat and miss it already.

Fantastic location as the hotel is right between the lake and the town centre. Staff were friendly and exceptionally helpful giving us lots of good advice on local travels, thank you. The lovely beach bag with beach towels in each room is a very nice touch. Last but not least, the morning lake view from our room balcony was so lovely and tranquil that it offered us a refreshing start every morning of our holiday!

While swimming in the hotel pool is free, using the sauna isn’t. That was a bit of a surpise.
