There are very few hotels of which you can score 10 out of 10 relating to all parameters. Elegance Brdo is one of them!!! The location is a quiet place 15 minutes from Ljubljana Airport, 30-60 minutes from most of Slovenia attractions, and it is easy to get from A2. The rooms are excellent, modern, well designed, and extremely clean. The view is nice and peaceful. The staff in each hotel department are always smiling, helpful, and say yes to all your requests. Very rich breakfast, great SPA, free parking, and most beautiful Park attached to the hotel. What more can you ask for?

We booked 1 regular room and 1 suite, the regular room and bathroom were a bit small than expected, so we upgraded the regular room to a Junior suite which had no door to the toilet, that was the only issue.

The hotel is very elegant, they have private parking, the breakfast a d dinner are spectacular. The rooms are clean and quiet, the personnel at the reception and at the restaurant are very polite and careful with the visitors. We appreciated a lot the final touches in the room (refreshing towes, lightning, modern bathroom, colors and design); the area around the hotel is very well maintained, the lawn is perfect, the views are great. We enjoyed being so close to Brdo Park, which has free entrance for the hotel’s guests. It was really a fabulous experience.

Superb surroundings for hiking and walking the dog--combined with a hotel that was completely dog-friendly. The park across from the hotel was a paradise of paths, lawns and duckponds. There were even some Lippizaner horses gazing placidly from their corral.

The facilities for charging an electric car could have been better. The staff at the front desk were super helpful with this problem, but it took half a morning of calls and running around.

Location, peaceful environment and the fact I could keep my bike on the balcony of my room

Check in experience - the receptionist was unable to speak Slovenian fluently! This place is the Slovenian protocol object and one would expect that the first person a guest is dealing with when walking into the hotel, has this ability. Is a receptionist from Ukraine really the best Slovenia and this hotel have to offer?

We arrived late in the night. Check in was easy and fast. Everything was very clean. Bed was super comfortable! Breackfast and dinner are amazing! Everything delicious!! Really nice and appreciated all are regional products! Amazing also is a sustainable hotel, there’s anything with plastic! Whole staff was really friendly with us and with our dog! We could have breackfast and dinner with him without any problem!

The shower is open, really nice design but all the water jumps all around the bathroom. We actually booked this hotel specially when we saw there is a huge park in front of. A bit disappointed when we discovered dogs are not allowed. So at the end we didn’t spend the time there, we drove somewhere else.

The Hotel is very classy, the breakfast was superb, lots of choice & great service, the bed is extremely comfortable, the bathroom is new, clean & fashionable. The room was big and had a great balcony. Everything is digital (air conditioner, door, lights etc) They provide free entry to the park next-by. The location looks far in the map, but it's only 16 min from Bled and 26 min from Ljubljana. The best hotel we stayed in Slovenia, and we tried 10 different ones. Best ratio value-money.

Absolutely brilliant stay, from start to finish. All the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful (Maria was the only name we caught, one of many excellent employees). The reception was very welcoming and our room was spotless. View across a lovely landscaped park/woods. First class food. The spa was difficult to leave - such good facilities and atmosphere. The 4 season shower experience and snow room were awesome. Cannot praise this hotel high enough, thank you!!!

Beautiful modern hotel with parking, comfortable bed, and everything that you need. The staff is extremely polite and kind. Terrace with the Mountain view makes your breakfast excellent (I'll attach a photo I made sitting on terrace). By the way, breakfast is good on its own. We planned to visit the lake Bled and Triglav National Park and the hotel's location is comfortable for that because you need ~30 minutes to get to the all points if you have a car trip.

First off all, this was the cleanest hotel I have ever been. Even 5 star hotels aren't that clean. There is a nice and safe parking spot few meters from hotel. The staff is very kind and helpful, the check in was super fast (like 30 seconds). You have everything you need in comty room, even a 55' Samsung TV :). Very comfy bed and pillows. The breakfast is good, there is everything for a good start of your day... so 10/10 without hesitation.

For two days nobody came to clean up my room. First day I shrugged my shoulders, OK, it happens, but the second day when I left my room at 12:15, the corridor was still full of life, with trolleys and maids cleaning other rooms, I even pressed the "blue" button "please make my room". To no avail, upon my return in the evening I saw the room was untouched. The evening receptionist was so kind to bring me some new teabags, as I drank all of them the previous nights.
