We were 4 adults who stayed in the Penthouse for 4 nights. The apartment was incredibly large and the main bedroom suite was lovely. Excellent location within walking distance to everything in Ljubljana. The rooftop terrace was huge with amazing views of the city. Staff were fast to answer email queries. The property was well styled with everything required for a short or even longer stay. Breakfast was good and staff in the restaurant were friendly.

Parking at 30 Euro a night was a little excessive considering what we paid for the apartment. Booking.com and the property when we messaged them stated that the Penthouse apartment had a washing machine. There was not a washing machine in the apartment though there was 1 washing machine and 1 dryer in the basement. Unfortunately you could sometimes wait half a day to use them as there were many people needing them.

The apartment was stylish and comfy, super central position in the city, very nice bar and lovely rooftop, nice to have a parking spot

The parking needs to be booked in advance and it’s 25 euros/day although no info were sent on this regard via email after booking confirmation. I had to wait to receive help because the apt/hotel technically doesn’t have a reception. In the end a nice lady helped me to get access to the parking lot which has to be accessed through a big lift but make sure to check the dimension of your car against the lift dimensions before booking it

Location was great and the apartment was nice and clean. The apartment size was also comfortable. Breakfast was great, like that we could choose out mains - the croissants was nice and buttery and their gourmet sandwich was good though the standards were different depending on who made them.

Would be good if the apartment had laundry facilities - washing machine and dryer It also would be better if the shower screen between the shower area and bathroom area was larger, because the water flows outwards and we were only given one floor mat which made the bathroom very messy.

This is a really modern, small hotel in a great location. The check-in/check-out process is fully automated, including accessing the building and the room, which is super convenient. Our room was like a well-sized studio with everything super comfortable and nice.

The on-site parking needs to be reserved in advance and the vehicle lift is super tight, much better to park in a public garage that is a block away (and a day costs the same). Would be nice if checkout time was a couple of hours later too.

Neutral Residences is the ideal location to explore the beautiful city of Ljubljana. A short walk has you down by the river where you can sit and drink coffee or wine, as a local, or explore the cultural city and castle. The hotel is central to both shopping areas, coffee shops and bars although not in any way effected by either. Hotel and staff were excellent, happy to chat even though the hotel was preparing itself for Christmas. We had booked breakfast and the croissant, coffee and fresh juice before the freshly cooked breakfast were super. Check in was easy with a key code supplied following online check in and we were able to leave the car in the car park after check out. The apartment was excellent, clean with excellent WiFi and very comfortable and smart. A really excellent property

It's hard to be critical of the hotel so I won't. The 10am check out time was easily offset by tbreakfast being served up to 11am so we simply packed up and had breakfast. In winter months the pool tends to remain shut if its raining outside..

The location was AWESOME and the modern decor was excellent! We also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast - the staff was always on point and we never had to wait long for our order. I would like to also point out that Zan is a fantastic employee and ALWAYS made sure we were ok and greeted/assisted us with a smile. Zan I believe should be a good manager (if he's not already). There was also a young (blonde) lady on that shift that remembered us daily and had our coffee orders ready -- AMAZING SERVICE from the both of them!! WE WILL 100% BE BACK TO NEU.

Check in process was a bit clunky but all-in-all it would not deter us from coming back. Other than that there is NOTHING we can say negatively about NEU.

Great location, walking distance to everywhere, close to the train/bus station. Supermarket close by. Comfy bed, great shower. Easy check in once we got the email. Roof pool and great city and castle view from the roof. Cafe downstairs for easy meals.

Value for money. Castle view room from the 6th floor looked into the offices next door. Email for check in instructions arrived at the last minute and needs internet, which some tourists may not have. No kettle available. Busy elevator when you are on the top floors.

The location was amazing - in the heart of the City, with a great view (we stayed at 10th floor). the apartment was spacious and well furnished, very modern, with grand windows to enjoy the view. The bathroom included a washer and drier, which helped our family stay clean and tidy throughout all our stay :) The kitchen was well equipped and we enjoyed some of our meals at home.

At one point we called the reception/concierge, and nobody replied or called back, so I had to remedy the next day. Also, the breakfast/reception area got really messy every day, I felt like they could do a better job of separating the two. At this price point (we paid approx 260EUR/night) we shouldn't be exposed to such mess. The mess was not always present though - just in the morning hours, when they served breakfast for a specific group in the reception area (dunno why, though). A bit of better organisation will help them improve on this!

Pros: -Room was on the 10/11 floor, very nice view of the castle -Room was very large as it is actually a 1 bedroom apartment -Room was very clean and welcoming -Parking is private with car elevator that takes you to -1 or -2 -In front of the parking elevator there are 2 Porsche Destination AC chargers for EVs that are free to use for guests that paid their parking -The Aparthotel works on a smart access mechanism - meaning there is no traditional reception and everything is done online (check-in and check-out). -The bar staff was excellent and very welcoming -Internet was excellent as well, covering the whole apartment -Location was very close to the city center and thus, the Christmas market (5 mins walking distance)

Cons -View was tarnished by all the other buildings around, with gray and ugly roofs -Breakfast was very far from a 4 star experience, especially because it is an A la carte breakfast, not a buffet one: I ordered a club sandwich as it was advertised in the menu as having no eggs and received a sandwich with a fried egg in it and chips our of a Lays bag (they did not even bother to make their own chips); My wife ordered an omelet and, when they brought it, we found a textile fiber in the sauce on the plate

Conveniently located for bus and train stations & city centre with plenty of different restaurant & bars nearby. Roof plunge pool with plenty of pool towels available All staff very helpful & friendly, Anja in particular. No room keys a good idea but check out cut off times could leave you locked out prior to leaving. Good cafe on ground floor.

The computerised check in & check out a bit daunting for those not used to it and suggested a remoteness but friendly & helpful input from staff resolved issues. Not really sure having separate guest & staff lifts really works as guest lift sometimes had long waits whilst staff lift idle.
