Clean, but not sparkling,quiet and peaceful beautiful building.

Patio set was dirty and only one 500ml water for two people in the room. Old couple had to carry their own luggage to the car🙈 carpet in room can do with a wash.

Majestic is an understatement. It is a haven both for business and leisure. The communication prior to arrival was reassuring. Despite late night arrival, there was someone waiting to receive us. The WhatsApp service with hotel residents once you’ve checked is very convenient. We were even offered to pre-order breakfast from the comfort of our room. The staff were very courteous, friendly and tried to accommodate all our requests. As we were checking out, it was not an agonising decision whether to tip the kitchen staff or not. We did with a smile and contentment. Simply put, it was world class standard. We will certainly be back.

Everything is class. To complain would be lack of appreciation and jealousy.

The quality of the breakfast offerings was exceptional. The culinary team deserves special commendation for the delicious and well-presented food. Beyond the physical aspects of the hotel, the staff's dedication to providing excellent service was evident throughout my stay. From the warm welcome at check-in to the efficient room service, every interaction with the hotel staff was characterized by professionalism and genuine hospitality

While security is undoubtedly important, there is a delicate balance between ensuring safety and providing a welcoming atmosphere. Tredenham Boutique Hotel may benefit from reevaluating its access control policies to strike a more guest-friendly equilibrium. Implementing measures that prioritize convenience without compromising security would undoubtedly enhance the overall guest experience.

We were welcomed very friendly. They kept checking on us, so we never had empty drinks and even regulated the air-conditioning while we were in the lounge, so they made our experience exceptional. The steak we ordered for supper were super delicious and we were treated like kings.

There were nothing that I could think of, of where they could improve. If I really must force myself to think of something, maybe a slightly bigger milk carton for the coffee in the room, but that really is just a personal opinion. They did bring more milk immediately when we asked.

Absolutely stunning location and very friendly service. So considerate, appreciated the fact that the staff reached out to confirm all the details and were willing to make concessions on our behalf. Very understanding in terms of our travel struggles. Absolutely amazing, would absolutely love to come back and would've loved to have stayed longer.

Communication around the breakfast was poor to be honest, we were given a menu with prices and not informed that it is included, understanding that it was in the booking, reiteration would've been appreciated.

The property is exceptional and the Presidential Suite was very large with all the necessary amenities. A quiet location with good access to N1

The security to get into the Estate where the property is situated is a bit time consuming in that the hotel provides a code for one entry and exit which the send to you by whatsapp. In addition security scan your driving licence and enter separately the reference number and scan the vehicle tax disc. The service at the evening meal was very slow in that it took over an hour for the food to be produced from ordering even there were only 6 guests dining on the night in question.

the WIFI connection was down or slow at night

I was totally blown away. The best choice I've ever made in regards to holiday accommodation. I came from Australia to spend some time with my elderly mother and could not have booked a better place. It was safe, we did not experience any of the loadshedding happening in South Africa at the moment, and it was very well located. The friendliness of the staff is beyond words. We had a great time and made some awesome memories. It completely exceeded my expectations. To top it all we had the Springboks roaming just outside our bedroom window and my mom's favourite rugby team winning the local provincial competition. Go Cheetas!!!!!!!!

There are absolutely nothing I can fault.

We love coming back to Tredenham and for the first time stayed in the Presidential suite. It was absolutely fabulous. The staff were really friendly too.

When we arrived at Tredenham we were signed in by the gate guard as expected. However, we didn’t expect to go through the same procedure each time we left and returned, particularly since our photo had been taken on arrival. A pass code with times of arrival, departure and room number would have been much simpler.

The hotel itself is situated in an estate, so it feels safe and looks absolutely serene. The hotel is clean, decorated beautifully, and well furnished. Our room was beyond comfortable, with great bed linen and amenities included. The restaurant has a great (although limited) menu, and staff are so friendly and helpful. I has a special request for a meal and the waitron and chef accommodated my preferences perfectly. There is a library and gym in the hotel itself, and an outside deck and pool. I would definitely stay here again in the near future.

Service in the restaurant could be a tad more fast/responsive, however, this is Bloemfontein and it's also nice to take things a bit slower sometimes and enjoy the surroundings.
