Spacious and great views

The location was perfect to the canal walk mall within 2 mins walk Secure to walk inside the compound The apartment is spacious The view on the lake from the balcony is soothing The appliances provided were very useful The furniture in the apartment was nice

There was washing machine facility but no clothing rack which was disappointing. We had to put the clothes to dry on wardrobe hangers. If you put something to dry on the balcony, you get a warning letter that you are disturbing the aesthetic view of the apartment. Hope they find a solution to this.

A gentleman came to check the electricity and there was enough for a whole night. His reason for coming was to enter a token for more electricity that did not work. He miscommunicated this to his colleagues saying the electricity does not want to work, leaving his colleagues thinking at 11pm, while we were sleeping, that there was no electricity. We were woken up by loud knocking on the door and the phone ringing loudly. My problem is he did not let us know that someone would come late night to check if the electricity is still okay or anything. Instead we got a fright, wondering who the hell is knocking like that. I'm happy they agreed to come the next day and leave us to rest.

I enjoyed the location and lovely views .The unit was cozy,clean, and comfortable.Great view of the lake from our balcony.. All appliances were in good working order.Lovely location.Great unit.. Enjoyed our stay.

Two single beds were made up as a double bed. This was really annoying as the beds kept moving apart.No coffee ,sugar, or tea sachets in jars in the kitchen.No extra set of towels.Late checkout requested from the onset but this even though I was prepared to pay was simply dismissed despite me clearly stating that it was a requirement.Heater wheels was broken and this made it risky to use despite the fact that it was a super cold winters night and much needed.

Definitely how spacious the apartment was, the rooms were also spacious, loved everything about the place it was different to the pictures showed online, please do try to post the current ones, we were blown away. Its a clean and secure space. Will always concider/ recommend this one 👍🏾

The place has a lot of potential in terms of interior, we needed a mirror big one,(full body mirror), more can be done with the TV and/or music. More toilet paper and towels would have been lovely. A broom and mop at apartment would have been amazing, dish cloths. The fridge the freezer (door) to be specific had a problem and it would leak. All things that can be fixed or improved.

They took a long time to get a key card which it didn’t open the main door. So I rang the coiseger (security) who open for me the worst thing was the key for the door was a wrong key that cost me to go back to the reception after 16 hour flight. To be honest I was losing patience. One guy sort it out for me. The key card was not always opening up for me, it’s like open 3/10 percent open, mostly calling the security guard to open the main door. But the overall service was ok. Cleaners never changed the bedding. Normally I leave the tip for cleaning stuff but this time I did not. I hope I will book an again next time, hopefully next year coming with my family.

The receptionist people did not open up where can I get breakfast. But yes they were friendly. Lastly thank you so much keep up the good work

It was only 1 day stay but the service was so good, within 30min we were told how is the company operate. We made our first reservation with them, and the staff was really friendly. They escorted us and walked us through the entire registration and check-in procedure. We felt so unique, and I appreciate their enthusiasm and disposition. Even though the office is only a few blocks away, it feels like they are right here to support us when we need it. They are constantly available and respond quickly whether you call or message them on WhatsApp. I also realized after checking out that I left my laptop in the main bedroom. I was really shocked that they handled everything in 30 minutes and were ready to give it to us. If we were heading to the airport, I can only imagine. The supervisor on duty had fetched the laptop have it with it at the office waiting for us to collect it, all was there in good order. As for me and my family the next holiday I know we're we are going to book our accommodation. The staff's service, attitude, and morale are unmatched. We had a great time and are astonished and amazed. The facility was spotless, had everything a we needed there, had a lovely view, and was in a secure area with lots of kid-friendly activities. The fact that they is no Air Con

I loved this property. The property was clean and walking distance to the shopping center which made it extremely convenient. Lots of restaurants close by and a short drive to the V & A (about 10 -15 minutes)

Just a few things to note: The property has no hair dryer and it didn't have any dish cloths which would have been nice. Also need to have a mirror in the hallway or bedrooms. The extractor in the bathroom which goes on when you put the light on in the bathroom is very noisy - this can be quite disturbing. I also requested that the second bedroom have 2 single beds and the apartment I was given had a double bed in the second bedroom, a bit inconvenient when my son and daughter were sharing a room.

It was big and spacious 2 bedroom apartment with a balcony that over looks a beautiful pond with swans and ducks swimming in it , it was absolutely breath taking, the security in front so not anyone can just come in , there is a indoor pool with a gym I just loved it thanks , only issue I had was with trying to communicate with the hotel is very bad and the lady at the front desk wasn’t very friendly, gave us the wrong key upon our arrival.

Communicating with the hotel trying to phone but no1 answers , when we arrived at the hotel the lady at the reception wasn’t very friendly had a bit of an attitude.

Canal walk is literally 500M from the Apartment. The Shopping center closes late, it is convenient for late night Shopping.

The heated pool at the accommodation has strict rules which aren't mentioned when booking. You need to wear professional swim wear when entering the pool. This includes wearing a swimming cap, I was kicked out of the pool for not wearing a swimming cap.
