Absolutely wonderful stay and facilities 20/10!, you even get your breakfast in the fridge, (yogurt, muesli, fruit, porridge and coffee and tea and rusks!), much better so not to bother anyone , if you want to leave early. The bed is comfortable and electric blanket to keep the cold away, aircon and a nice friendly area to sit outside if you want to. Safe parking with camera also, to keep you safe. We could not fault anything at this property and Cecilia”, and her husband keep this place “ prim and proper. You will see us again👏👏👏👏👏

Spacious rooms and lots of beds. Aircon was fantastic.

When you see "bed and breakfast" advertised you do tend to expect more than a packet of muesli and an oats bar placed in your room. Maybe, I did not read the fine print so I am open to being wrong but I was expecting bacon and eggs or something hot. Not a deal breaker tho. I will definitely be back if we do this trip again

That there was nothing to fault... Honestly for our purpose we felt further away from our area of interest where we normally stay... But I think we might have found a new winter home...

Onwers were very friendly and the place was neat all everything was in working order

The room we stayed in was connected to the main house with a door and on two occasions I could smell cigarette smoke coming from inside the house. But I just put a towel by the door and the problem was solved. Maybe my nose is just to sensitive.......

Beautiful, quiet and very clean location, in good area. Very friendly, efficient and helpful hosts who made sure the room was serviced every day. They also went out of their way to assist and support us helping out with an extended booking during a family crisis.

Door in my bedroom was connected to the main house so could sometimes hear things in the main house. Advertised with free breakfast but the breakfast was 2 tubs of yoghurt,milk and muesli.If you say breakfast,it’s usually fried eggs and bacon with toast and tea/coffee?

We did not stay for breakfast as we had a long days travel ahead of us. Not their fault, overall cramped but very satisfying. After all it was a place to rest, sleep, clean-up, and enjoy beautiful views of the surrounding mountains from the veranda in front of the house. In front of our room.

A curtain to afford one some privacy while using either side of the neat compact bathroom, would be a 100% improvement to the room.

It is well-located from where I wanted to go around Ceres. It is also nicely located for one to walk & jog. It is also very close to all amenities & the CBD

Can't think of anything specific because everything was all good. I can point out that it gets a bit colder late in the evenings but it is understood that it is winter & it's something beyond the place's control

It was a comfortable stay, the people that checked us in were really friendly and accommodating. The room was clean, and comfortable. Loved that there was an Aircon in the room. The dry breakfast is a good idea - milk and yoghurt was available, more cereal options would of been nice, but it was not an issue. The room had everything we needed. Location is quite nice - quiet suburb, secure parking, not too far from town.

It was a little awkward that the room is in the front of the main house, we were very mindful of how close we were to the main house. We had booked both rooms at the guest house and when we were on the patio, you would be right in front of the main door to the house.

Very friendly and helpful host. The room and bathroom are super clean and comfortable and spacious. The dry breakfast was a bonus. Thanks so much.
