The staff was very welcoming and friendly they actually made us feel comfortable. Rooms were very clean everything nje was on-point...

Being charged extra money for checking out 5minutes late. I wish they could have told us we will be charged if we check-out any minute late.

As I said to staff, I am not really complaining but I am just asking that if a room becomes ready before the scheduled check in, when the client has already arrived, they can let the client move in as a courtesy. The hotel staff doesn’t seem to be interested in this suggestion. It is just a courtesy and not an obligation. By so doing, I may bring more clients to the lodge

The place was generally clean and with friendly staff

The parking is a nightmare, especially for someone who is not good with steep hills. And this is not mentioned anywhere.

The friendly and accommodating staff

1. Pest control is required inside certain if not all rooms and rooms should be ventilated after pest control is conducted. 2. The 2nd floor should be booked for quite stay whilst the 1st floor should be for groups that will be seeking entertainment or uncontrolled noise.

The staff was friendly and very helpful, the fact that they allow us to be free and make as much noise as we liked (but respecting other guests) the mall(shopping centre is close by) the sitting area was wow. pool area was great. the rooms were clean, beds were comfotable and bedding clean and fresh. :)

The kitchen, it was a bit filthy and chaotic i understand that guest are suppose to clean but it would be great if maybe cleaning be done by staff members or atleast overlook once a guest is done using the area. Can there be a stove with an oven please. can there be availibility of ice as well. the coffee in the rooms is not Ayoba please change the coffee.

Hospitality and the place was superb clean. Staff was friendly. They double booked one of the rooms but they did acknowledged the error and complimented with another next door for free with full refund. Wow!

It's far from the beach...

It's private, so my friends and I had a great time,

When we arrived there was no one at reception or a sign to wait, when they came they didn't apologize, we were a bit lost for few minutes. Also the toilet in our room was leaking

Everything was great, from staff they are friendly and caring. And it was cheaper than the duration of stay

Kitchen is limited, the WiFi is not available (I mean when we went out we also need to be connected on internet) If you can also put WiFi inside rooms. And also can you atleast have DStv not open view HD, that one is boring nothing is interesting, or maybe Netflix or showmax. Can you also try to organise table or cupboard where we can keep our groceries and put dishes and ports 🙏🏾, you also need to fix something on bathroom, the air circulation is vital in that area, and Nina you also have that sensor thinging which is not doing anything. If you can improve those you can go beyond no1

African Sun Lodge is the most private and fun place to be. You feel like you're on an island when you're there. Personally the pool and entertainment/bar area has and will always be my favorite spot there.The fact that you can swim while listening to your favorite music makes this establishment a well deserved 5 star accommodation. The staff is super generous and thoughtful. Although I cannot name them all but I would like to make an exception and thank the ever so beautiful Smah who always makes our stay memorable. She is such a great human being. Her aura oozes of positive vibes only. We truly appreciate your generous hospitality sweetheart. While we were at African Sun Lodge we were also guarded by a sweet bouncer named Sifiso who made us feel comfortable and safe. I love everything about African Sun Lodge. It is the most perfect place to be. We come here regularly to celebrate special occasions and we'll continue doing so because this place has become like our second home.

The stuff is very friendly and they are also clean💯... They made our stay comfortable as if we were in our house. They are always willing to help. They kept our room clean... After a long day, we would come back and find our room clean and we'll packed.

We need a washing line to put our wet clothes after swimming ... however we didn't ask for it, maybe they would have put them on the line for us.
