The establishment is at a considerably good location. Closer to the Sandton City Mall, Gautrain and Convention Centre. There is a small restaurant (Brazen Head) directly opposite for those who need a quick meal and drinks. There is stable wifi and netflix in rooms. Hamilton was very helpful and super friendly and helped suggest places to explore, and the gateman helped take care of our bags after checkout as we had stuff to attend to. Thank you!

No tea/coffee stand and fan in the room, no bathroom mats making it messy after every use, no stable tables in the room (we needed to work comfortably)

Location is wonderful, quiet and secure area with good atmosphere. Also conveniently located near attractions and a 5 minute walk shopping mall👌. Hot water anytime, backup generator you don't have to worry about electricity, unlimited wifi and netflix 🤩

The beds were a bit uncomfortable, bedding was not so clean it had stains and the base of the bed was supported by bricks, cement bricks😬. Second one the carpet floors ummm dusty they should just replace them with wooden tiles or ceramic tiles👎. Shower cubicles could be a bit small for plus size people. But overally everything was good especially at this price point.

The reception stuff was very helpful and friendly. The place was clean.

The cleaning stuff was not that friendly. I asked the lady to give me just a few minutes due to that I was on a call. She wanted to come and Clean. She then told me no she can't cause they have lots of work to do (which I understand) but her attitude when she said it was not okay I ended up saying it's fine just give me fresh towels and leave the cleaning (making of the bed) and taking out the trash.

I like that it was near to my work place and near to Sandton city..overall I like the convenience

That they didn’t have the tea stations in our room and I don’t like drinking tea in a plastic cup In the tea stations they didn’t have rooibos and powder milk .. I guess I will appreciate more if we had a tea station in our rooms as well crockery and some utensils

The location was good, it was closer to where I attended the event. I didn't ask for breakfast. Everything was good.

Other tenants were making a noise. I wish there could br be a kettle next to the microwave in our rooms because coffee becomes cold from the coffe station to the rooms at the back.

Morning and evening hot coffee was fine. The staff were responsible including the security guards too.

Rooms did not have heaters . There were no rules and regulations pasted for both room users and visitors which is key to avoiding police cases, unregulated sex workers and theft.

The rooms were really comfortable, clean, and my family really loved staying there. We really loved that the wifi was working all the time.

I loved that the hotel staff looked after us and made sure they were available for us all the time . They even provided us with their beautiful garden to entertain without extra costs.

Very nice area, close to a restaurant bar that closes just after 23:00. The room was neat and loved the view of the refreshing trees in the morning. it was just beautiful 👌🏾

The room had an offish smell but nothing serious. Might be because I’m used to my home smell 🤣.Nothing that couldn’t be sorted by windows being opening. No glasses, no plates and no spoons this made life slightly challenging because I had to eat take away a for the rest of my stay and buy cups 😕

the staff is very friendly l, the facility is reasonably priced and very clean

the towels are not white, it would better with white towels

The place was clean, I asked for an early check in since I wanted to freshen up and the room was well prepared

I wish there was a parking shed I love the idea of a coffee station but when we arrived the canisters were not there and in the morning they were empty
