Honestly...your service is quite good really everything about it....excluding the one about toiletries, please the starndard if your lodge is good enough to deserve toiletries service....no towels, no soap, you actually go to the reception to collect toilet paper at least we got that....I love your lodge very much...you guyz are nice ...the only thing you gotta fix is the toiletries service. Thank you

Close the food restaurants

I made a booking online and reserved online when i Got to the hotel our room was already Taken by other people.. We had to wait for an hour to get another room. And we were also told that all the room where full and there's nothing they can do. We were made to book a R700 room at 23:15 because of the situation that was caused by them... It's useless reserving a night there because they take whoever comes 1st it's a very inconvenience of you guys.

It was my first time i experience booking Accommodation in my life. When we arrive at lodge the reception was welcoming. The place is neat and clean.the staff are very friendly and helpful. If you are looking for a decent place to sleep over,I definitely recommend this lodge. It's affordable too!very nice interiors and decent showers .I don't wanna lie we really enjoyed to be there. Nothing I didn't like everything was perfect

I did not have breakfast. The location was good and there was no outside noise. The staff was supportive and interactive.

Everything was good and I liked everything. The staff was lovely and interactive and they assisted with everything we needed.

The security guard was very friendly and caring and the staff was very kind and the room was clean

The area around the guest house is not safe especially for tourists. You could hear a lot from the next rooms. But although the area isn't safe we felt very safe inside the building.

Room no. 3 was thoroughly cleaned. There is a safe parking and the bed linen was very clean and crisp.

Shady neighbourhood and the bed was a little on the firm side to put it politely.

Staff members was great and friendly. Rooms is comfortable and clean

Fix kitchen facilities. Fix room reservation process, avoid waiting period while searching for free rooms.

The room was huge we could dance in it comfortably

We got a room near the reception we were expecting the top rooms because we wanted to smoke hubbly

There was no breakfast to the best of my knowledge.

They did not have any food system in place where guests can purchase.

If i had. Breakfast nd maybe you should have snacks for incase if people r hungry they should be able to buy
