Liked the place so much, it was clean the welcome was warm, unbelievable deal for money, we never thought we'd pay so less with my friend for such as clean, quite place. Everything about it was excellent. Definitely returning to stay here for my other trips. Also glad to be told that we have to Uber earlier because of the taxis around that place.

Nothing really!

Loved the tidiness of the place and how neat and comfortable the beds were. The entire room was just clean and the stay was awesome.

The TV wasn't working so there was no entertainment at all. Uber or bolt cannot enter the hotel premises because of some guys who claim to run the taxi business at the gate and they charge a fortune for the trips.We ended up walking a distance to request an uber.

That paid meter taxis demand and are suggested to be used. E-haul are Not allowed and that you need to step outside of property to get Uber

I was extremely fatigued after driving for 6hours and got there before check in time. Seeing that I was even sleeping on the chair, one guy came to my rescue to say there's a room I can occupy. Ohhh what a relieve. And I had a busy day ahead. Thank you so much

The access to others area of Johannesburg was easy

Taxi meter blocking the access to other cars ,, you need to provide them a long explanation that your not a uber driver… anyway why should they block the guests to get Uber or in drive taxi drivers according to the preferences of the guests?

The gentlemen at the reception were very helpful. They provided me with all the information I needed (and also chat to bolt drivers who picked me to ensure my safety)

The hotel itself is safe but once you exit the gates, you are on your own.

The staff were friendly. The place was exceedingly clean. It was at a convenient place which was closer to our meeting place. The place is safe as it has controlled movement and camera monitoring of the place 24 hours.

There was no brush in the toilet

Warm and extremely clean. Check in was a breeze the lady that assisted us was professional and helpful even the security personnel that was there accompanied us to our room

Mattress so hard and not enough channels on the TV. When we were checking out the lady at reception did not even bother to attend to us, it seems as if we didn't even exist to her. The security personnel is the only one that told us what needed to be done even though it's not his duty and the lady who was supposed to attend to us was sitting by the window falling asleep
