The noise was less as compared to other rooms

No tea bags,milk and coffee in the room so that one won't have to ask for it form reception,as i might want to have a cup of tea at an awkward time.No electric kettle for tea. No phone to call reception incase of emergency No burglar bars on rhe windows No clothes cupboard,to hang clothes Breakfast not enough,if atleast cereal was included,could be better .Rather than a slice of bread,if one does not have enough money it will mean one will starve in a foreign country

The breakfast was delicious. the waiters were kind.loving and warm welcoming.good service, everything was on point.and the location was good.thank you so much for the good work, keep it up.the service was on another level.👌👌👌thank you for the lovely weekend we spent at your place.

The staff made the accommodation pleasant it felt like home away from home.

The smell of paint They started painting several rooms next to mine, which made my room to smell of paint. This became uncomfortable because I had a headache from the smell.

The houseman Thabiso is very helpful he clean the room like he just like his job make sure the guest are very happy all the time the receptionist are helpful and always there when you need any assistance very friendly including their Boss she is a very friendly person always around her guests we really love the place it is like our second home 🙏🏽

Quietness in my room at night Breakfast was very nice Staff was so friendly and professional Rooms were very clean

I wish you have air-conditioning in the rooms, terrible heat, i used fan till my last day , sometimes it is not helping at all to cool the room or not giving that fresh air

The all round smiles from the reception,the mood and willness to have your request done for you

The repeated satellite channels on the same bouquet and the glare omitting of local favourites sports channels too.That is not money worth spend despite the room quality pricing

Easily located next to shopping complex and restaurant's. Bar assesible where one can relax and chill out with friends.

Normal just noise outside by street beggars at night. NO aircondition as the room are too small but in mine fortunately had a fan and fridge.

Honestly the hotel was lovely, the staff was helpful and friendly, the rooms were clean, the food was excellent, but Yoh guys the noise was too much, I could not sleep I was awake the whole night and my flight was early morning.
