The location was great, the staff were super friendly and helpful. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable. The pool is beautiful and the courtyard is clean and absolutely stunning.

The hot water runs a bit tepid after a certain time, rooms aren’t exactly sound proofed so outside noise does travel through. The free toiletries are a bit misleading as there weren’t any toothbrushes/toothpaste available. There aren’t multiplugs available.

On this occasion, we were only there for a couple of days - rooms are comfortable and clean - shower worked fine. Didn't use the swimming pool but other guests did. Looked clean and well maintained. It's a quiet hotel - we didn't use the restaurant but used the courtesy bus (short journeys only) to the main restaurant area for dinner.

I have received excellent customer service, Wonderful view with swimming pool, friendly staff are very helpful, and also free transport that was amazing, I couldn't believe it. Then I have told my friends they were surprised. And the food mouthwatering. I loved the coffees. I am happy to say Free WiFi. I Thank the evening reception staff, she was very friendly and helpfully, also booked transport to go to the church and back to the hotel. I am very grateful to her. And thanks again. Also the driver he was friendly and helpful. I am happy to recommend your company to my friends, family, colleagues and everyone.

Perfect location to stay at. I loved it.

I have stayed at the Falstaff and Quatemain a number of times over many years. The standards remain high, my stay is always pleasant and I look forward to returning.

Guys your TV reception and channels absolutely suck. B&B's offer way better entertainment and viewing options. Get rid of DSTV...get Netflix and YouTube smart TV's. No one watches the local SABC garbage anymore. You are a beautiful 4 star hotel with 1 star entertainment. You need to improve. Lastly your food is tasty and well prepared but you menu is ridiculously limited for a 4 star establishment. Options are so limited guests would prefer to eat out or order in.

The Hotel is truly very comfortable and relaxing with a warm, homely and welcoming atmosphere, English style, where we felt safe and protected. It is located in a quiet residential area, very close to a nice shopping center with Restaurants that we could reach with its shuttle. The large swimming pool is well maintained. The staff is kind and available. It is managed by a special Lady named Barbra who adds class and grace to the Hotel. She was very thoughtful, helpful and prompt to satisfy our needs. We will enjoy to come back and stay longer.

The Restaurant and the Bar are cozy, but the menu and the food are not up the Hotel's level. It's a pity, good food would make the Hotel perfect. For a long stay the wardrobe is too small with few hangers.

The hotel facilities are excellent. All the staff was very friendly, except for one person.

If you need to have internet, which is a common thing for any traveler these days, you will probably prefer to look elsewhere. In our case, we only had Internet access for a few hours on the first day of our stay and then it was gone. We were given no notice or retribution or even a clear explanation.

Location and the Falstaff ticks all the boxes as a business traveler

there are some things that are starting to show a bit of lack of attention to maintenance detail. The light switch for the bathroom in my room (119). The towel rail in the shower - the bottom bracket came off when I hung my towel on it. A couple of other little things as well so just a heads up that if these things slide further the Falstaff will start feeling "tired".
