Good location, with access to different restaurants and the botanical gardens. Breakfast staff were pleasant and did their best to cater for guests needs despite being understaffed on some mornings.

Some furniture in the rooms and breakfast area seemed worn and is due for replacement. Some staff uniforms also worn out, torn shirt collars etc. Require management oversight during breakfast. Some food dishes, utensils, milk, etc kept running out and staff was overwhelmed and busy running around serving guests to notice, so would need to constantly find someone to assist. Staff really did try to do their best

The rooms were extra clean. Keep it up Silverstar. It was very cold during our stay,but the air conditioning system was on point. Kept us warm through the cold nights. My wife enjoyed the Spa. Let's talk about food..mmm. so many restaurants within the hotel complex, we tried most of them and we were not disappointed. We had a good vacation.

The fact that I couldn't buy liquor at the casino and take it to my room. Not enough guests parking. On Casino nights we had to use the outside parking lots and it was freezing 🥶

The breakfast was the worst part of our stay. When we arrived, the waiter offered to bring us drinks, which she never brought. We wanted to collect ourselves, but the were no mugs or glasses. There were plenty people waiting to be served by the hot food. No plates were available. The scrambled eggs were watery. Bacon and sausages were finished when we wanted to dish up. Croissants were under cooked. We ended up leaving without finishing the food.

It's situated in an excellent area. From the minute you arrive until departure you are made welcome. Treated like VIP. Yet, you feel as if you are family. The food is exquisite. The rooms are extremely comfortable, tidy, spacious. Beds are great... you get a good night's rest. All requests are met. Lots of entertainment. I honestly give Silverstar... Golden Stars🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I loved the stay, i would encourage anti-slip tiles/devices or anti-slip mat in the bathroom. When the bathroom is wet or misty, the tiles are slippery, extremely risky, potential law suit.

The variety of the breakfast was great, but for example the bacon was cold. The rooms are very very nice!

They are busy with renovations and were working after 21:00 that evening. That was quite disturbing

Loved casino,the slot machines are fascinating and points system is fast. Staff from security at the gate and reception were so nice and helpful. All in all we loved and enjoyed ourselves.

My mom and brother enjoyed themselves. They were treated amazing at the spa. The room was tasteful.

The confusion upon arrival but at least it was sorted out as I was worried about them.

Cellphone signal and Wifi were terrible in the rooms .
