Staff are welcoming and friendly. Beautiful gardens to stroll through. Room and bathroom was spacious and bed was comfy.. There's a lovely play area for kids. Dinner at the restaurant was delicious. Pool was beautifully clean. We had the pool to ourselves although it may get full on weekends because it's a bit small in relation to the number of rooms on the property. Booked the dinner, bed & breakfast and it was absolutely worth it in terms of value - even the restaurant menu items are reasonably priced. Will recommend for a quick getaway.

The kettle in the room is a bit aged and didn't look good and room could do with a bar fridge.

The executive room was far more than i expected. Spacious and very well appointed, beautiful layout with open bath and huge balcony. Quite romantic. Very comfortable bed. Wonderful breakfast. Great option for a weekend stay if you're in Muldersdrift for a wedding or conference and very easy to find. Staff were really friendly and professional. They all greet you.

On Friday night we ate at the restaurant. Service was slow, but the food was good. Some other guests were quite rowdy in their rooms late on the Friday night. Didn't like being able to hear the trucks on the highway at night, but it doesn't go on all night.

EVERY SINGLE THING was amazing, the venue is absolutely stunning! the food was out of this world but what made this stay as wonderful as it was, was the staff! Management must be treating them well because they were all so friendly and went out of their way for us. from the security guys, to the cleaning staff, waitresses, chefs (who even cooked something of the menu for my child) Sabrina at the front desk! wow, you all made us feel so valued. They even has a kids play area.

the only ONE thing that could be better, is that our room was the furthest away from the router, so we did not get any wifi. We made it work but it would have been the cherry on the top for us. An extender could do the trick.

We have stayed here before, the staff is always helpful and friendly and the facilities are good, with comfortable rooms.

Very unfortunate kitchen management on a Saturday night, not enough staff and we waited over an hour for our meal, and when we finally received it it was the complete wrong order. Everything was so slow that night we had to drive to get takeaways otherwise we would never had gotten food. This is unusual and not what we expect from Riverstone Lodge. Our previous experiences have always been great.

The staff were friendly and welcoming the entire time. I travelled with two little kids, and they were busy and loud, but the staff definitely included them and made them feel welcome. Loved little feet and the pool- we will definitely visit as a day visitors more often. Guards were welcoming and helpful. The room was neat and tidy. Food was delicious. My kids are planning their next visit.

The trampoline was broken- it was a reason I chose this spot...BUT honestly there were lots to play with, they had a few rounds on the zipline and enjoyed the sandpit....I honestly have more positives about this place than negatives!!

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Smiles everywhere. Aircon in room was amazing, and they even had a generator to cover lights/aircon and such durnig load shedding. Food was awesome, breakfast was incredible and the pizzas amazing. We also grabbed a couple of milkshakes that were devoured in record time. Pool was well maintained and a pleasure to swim in. Bath was amazing, as well as the shower and toilet. Bed was extremely comfortable.

TV channels were a bit outdated otherwise perfectly serviceable. No other complaints at all.

The place was very well prepared and organized. First trip in an long time where the baby crib we asked for was already setup and in the room when we got there. Staff are extremely friendly and polite and the manager (presuming he was the manager) was very welcoming.

The restaurant took over an hour to deliver ours and our adjacent tables dinners however they did have a church function (arrived after us) which i assume they may have been at full capacity to deliver their menu though waiter communication on delays would have been appreciated.

Went foir a late breakfast and they were not prepared for it. The family room was very spacious and my wife in the wheelchair had no issue moving around. The batheroom was brilliant. This is the first place where we stayed where my wife could use the toilet and have a decent shower without any issue or restrictions.

As noted before the breakfast was not ready when we went for late breakfast. Had to wait for 20 minutes as there was no eggs. Also there were some ants in the room where the kettle and the fridge was.

The check-in was done quickly and easily by a trainee - Clearly, there is a very good mentorship programme. All staff were friendly and helpful. The property is simply exquisite! The room was huge; bed comfortable; heater worked well (we are not used to JHB winters) and the shower was amazing. The restaurant and event venue are so beautifully designed. I highly recommend this accommodation. The pictures do not do it justice. The accommodation also gives a good breakdown of information: eg. loadshedding times, restaurant times, etc.

The cold JHB weather! Pack warm clothes, it is freezing at night!

The facilities were great. Our room was big,we got a cot for our year old and our girls enjoyed the play area.

I didn't like the fact that on Christmas morning there was only buffet breakfast being served, we couldn't order from the menu and no room service which was inconvenient as we were travelling with toddlers
