The inn is conveniently located on the main road with safe and ample parking for patrons in the back. Check in was quick and simple. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms are large and comfortable.

It was a bit warm in the room even with the fan. As it is in the main road, it can be a bit noisy, though they thoughtfully provide disposable ear plugs , which we felt was an excellent touch!

This place is amazing! From the first moment they opened the gate, we knew it was special. The owners were incredibly friendly and the room was immaculate. We stayed in the family room with a double bed in one room and extra high bunker beds in the other, a kitchen and sitting room AND outside area. It’s spacious and has everything you need, lots of cupboards and even rechargeable lights for loadshedding. The Inn is very central and close to the Waterfront with lots of restaurants. We only stayed for 1 night on our way to PE but we will definitely be back for a longer stay in the future. 10/10 for sure!!

Couldn't get out at main gate.Had to wake manager to unlock gate. No communication in this regard was given. It says that the remote must be left in a box at the gate...there was no box...again we've not been told. Some kind of poop on cupboard in kitchen. Open shower...no, no!!!

The staff members were very friendly, the facilities were clean and neat 👌🏽. The room was welcoming, the kitchen was clean, and everything we needed was there.

We were a couple, so the bank beds didn't work well for us. The photos of the room on the App was, not clear for us to be able to choose another room with at least 2 double beds.

The room had everything you need for self catering. The place was situated just across from the Knysna mall. The waterfront and many restaurants were near the Inn. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The bed and bathroom were very pleasant. Your car is safe in the parking area. I would definitely go there again.

The trucks passing by were at times a bit noisy but it wasn't a great issue. The people sleeping on street outside the Inn could be an issues but I didn't experience any problems.

Kitchen - refreshment items such as tea, coffee and sugar was not good quality. The fact that there were no aircons.

At arrival we were met at the gate of the Inn. We were greeted by the very friendly personal who showed us where we could safely park for the evening of our stay. We were thereafter checked into our room. The check in was fast and effortless. The following morning, we dropped of our key at reception and was greeted at the gate of the Inn. We appreciated the friendly and kind service received.

Comfortable bed and cleanliness, braai facility was great and easily accessible, near shopping mall and main Street, garage just next door. Check in was very easy and wecoming

Not having someone making up beds the morning after and refill coffee station, there isn't much I didn't like,only the wifi was disappointing.

The linen was to die for. Beautiful and clean. However there was only one bath towel and we had to share. Unfortunately the street noise became a problem for my husband who did not sleep well after an alarm woke him up. But I had no problem with that.

The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The unit was cozy, neat, tidy and clean and is equipped with everything you need for an overnight stay. The unit was also equipped with lights that work during loadshedding. It is located on the main road so it is quite central to Knysna. There is a mall right across from it and a Shell garage right next door. There was also secure,easily accessible parking at the back of the property.
