The hotel hold sundowner evenings for guests which ended up being a young crowd very boozy playing loud music and shouting in the tent right next to us until midnight - not ideal to be next to this as a family with young children so our sleep was significantly disrupted. Main lodge was a little dated

Location is great! Being able to feed the giraffes is so special. The staff are absolutely awesome and went out of their way to help.

There was an issue with water for a couple of hours so we couldn't shower. However, I think that it was due to a problem with a pump, which they attended to at night after we called them. So by morning, everything was restored.

Serene ecofriendly place, perfect for a getaway with a blend of nature and wildlife. Excellent food/chef. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Very comfortable bed. Had the privilege of meeting the owners who are excellent hosts. I enjoyed my stay. I didn't like the fact that I had to leave to return home otherwise I would stay for longer.

Very comfortable rooms and beds, we loved the heated blankets , and even mosquito repellent plug ins. We loved the deck as well the setting was beautiful! Hayley was so lovely and helpful with our children! The kids loved hearing about all the animals on our game drive and they loved feeding the giraffe! We really enjoyed feeding the ostriches and getting to know so much more about them! The staff where really helpful ! They couldn’t do enough for you! My kids love toasting marshmallows so one evening the staff came and built us a fire on our private deck so we could toast them ! The breakfasts where out of this world and agin the staff where so friendly . Watching the animals while having breakfasts in the morning was a joy. We can’t wait to be back!

Family run Game Farm, with lovely owners and amazing staff. Nice tent, with Aircon and outdoor shower, hidden in the bush. Breakfast and dinner very nice. Thanks to all and I will come back.

Best of all was the super friendly and helpful staff. One of them spotted that we had a flat tyre on our car and immediately mobilised colleagues to help getting the spare tyre on plus made sure we ended up in the best garage to mend the damaged tyre. Top service way beyond the expected. For the rest, a very relaxing stay with lots of fun activities on the farm itself including a very informative ostrich guidance. Wild animals grazing around our tent. Lovely.

We were treated like VIP's by Elton and the dining staff. Loved the game drive and Elton's knowledge of the animals and the veld. Feeding the giraffes at breakfast was a unique experience .

There wasn't anything we disliked. Loved the atmosphere 👌

Arriving late and checking out at 11am this was a short stay in between two other hotels. We enjoyed the facility and the tents that were large and very nice, and at a good price. The hotel also included a complimentary bush exercusion with a good guide where we saw giraffes.

Food was ok but not more.

We had great adventures stay at Chandelier Game Lodge. We stayed in a tent which was definitely the most glamours I have ever been in 😉. We had a very nice welcome and the staff in general was extremely friendly and helpful. The best was definitely seeing, petting and feeding the giraffe 🦒 right from the porch. we all loved it especially our 4 year old daughter. We also saw the ostrich and buffalos 🦬 the dinner in the restaurant was also great 👍🏻 We really enjoyed it

We booked the tent which was relatively luxurious with AC, bathtub & proper furniture. We especially liked the outdoor-shower and the surroundings. Fantastic morning game drive & breakfast included & we could feed giraffes directly from the the platform, which was amazing.
