The guest house and garden area lovely and the location is very peaceful and quiet. The staff -particularly Bianca gutes out of her way to make you feel welcome and comfortable. The owner Ina let us slipshod our purchases while we went to play a round of golf prior to checking in. The odd touch up becomes necessary. The frame of door to room 8 is becoming loose and I thought it a shame that a part of the railing on the stairs was missing. You only notice these things because everything else was so well maintained. Moved the design of the pool. Because there was no shade, we did not use it, however. I suggest the a few umbrellas. The estate was beautiful with a beautiful view. Very well maintained. The staff was amazing always helpful and always smiling—very nice place, calm and beautiful. Breakfast was very nice, with local jams and a full English breakfast. We loved our stay there while cruising around to discover Franschhoek and Stellenbosh around. Safe, clean, beautiful, and comfortable.

Nothing in particular. The decor is not very modern in the rooms or so - but it has taste and fit completely the vibes of the place also. but really not that important.

Our overall experience far exceeded the expectations we had. When you arrive you are met by friendly people that make you feel at home. Cana has a feel of the old Cape with all the modern amenities. Its close enough to the town of Paarl where you can find everything you need but far enough away for it to feel like your in the countryside. All the personnel is friendly and professional. They are always on hand. The one morning I had to leave very early for a sporting event. The manageress arranged breakfast packages for us because we would miss breakfast.

Such a beautiful quaint guesthouse. The upstairs rooms are the best and give the view that is shown on the listing. Comfortable room and the Manager on duty went out of her way to help us.

Our initial allocated room was very disappointing and dark with no view and right next to the front door. We were not happy and requested to be moved. They were accommodating but we had to pay the additional upgrade fee.

Breakfast freshly made but it lacks imagination. I have been commenting about maybe getting a little different offerings at breakfast. If you had "supper" prepared by the kitchen then there is no comparison. Supper is great even the salads is well prepared and thought put into it. Rooms great, beds fantastic and everything works well. When power goes out a "huge" generator ensures everything is up and running in no time. Soft music in the entrance and in summer swimming is great in the residents pool.

Love staying here. I dont have anything that I didnt like that is worth mentioning. I like staying here.

We had a wonderful stay at Cana Vineyard. Paula was so lovely and everything exceeded expectations. The room was spacious and beautiful. There were fresh cut flowers and chocolates next to the bed. They really go the extra mile for their guests. Everything was very clean. The bed was extremely comfortable and the view was beautiful! The location is great and the area is stunning. Breakfast was delicious. There are yogurts and muesli, many different delicious jams and a full English breakfast. I wish we could have stayed longer. I highly recommend this Guesthouse.

Scenic Beauty! the Vineyards offered stunning landscapes, with rolling hills covered in vines and views of the surrounding countryside. The host was warm, friendly, attentive and certainly made me feel at home. She went the extra mile to ensure comfort and offered recommendations on the ease of access to transport and other amenities.

Special The personal attention given to all the patrons was excellent. You feel like family during the stay. The management and staff made arrangements for breakfast because most mornings we had to leave very early for a sporting event. They arranged a late breakfast for us outside the normal hours.

The room was very spacious, including the bathroom. The bed was large as well, and the surrounding beautiful. The views from the breakfast terrace was very pleasant, too. Breakfast was buffet with many a la carte options, which we liked.

The rooms are solid and spacious, but will soon need a bit of refurbishment. Not sure why the room's windows are left open before people check in. This allowed flies and mosquitos to enter the room before us. Location is out of town, nothing around the hotel, hence need top drive everywhere.

Great breakfast is taken in or outdoors surrounded by greenery, with expanding views of mountains and vineyards. quiet and relaxed vacation. room was amazing and spacious had a large bathtub. calming stretching views from the second floor. lots of roses are placed around, with attention to detail. large comfy bed, a courtesy bottle of wine, and a good-sized fridge. wonderful attentive staff loved it
