The room was very clean and spacious. Big screen TV with dstv channels a bonus Bfast was fresh and tasty and included in the price New bedding and towels changed daily Bed was very comfortable Room aircon was great

No bottled water in the room fridge. You have to buy at reception for R35 for water per bottle Lunch & dinner only served to your room at a very high price. Cheaper to order Mr Delivery No social area to sit and relax and visit.. Pool area closes at 20h00. Bar very expensive. Cheaper to go out and buy drinks or bring your own Construction work on a Saturday at the student accommodation behind the Hotel was noisy by the pool area TV channels on analog. So channels very snowy when it's bad weather No covered parking either

The staff was friendly and helpful. And the check in was quick and seamless. The family room was so convenient. The buffet breakfast was very nice. Fresh, tasty and abundant. Enough variety everyday. Housekeeping was fantastic. I would definitely go back

The chef lady looks too serious though, not a friendly approachable face. At one point during breakfast she came to our table and started clearing used dishes without greeting...unexpected for a mature lady like her. But I ddnt hold it against her. The room could use an upgrade, the furniture is old and the carpet a bit smelly. On our first night it wasnt properly cleaned, the toilet was a bit dirty. The fridge was so dirty, we couldn't utilise it the first day, our food got spoiled. But housekeeping made it up the following day. The location isn't great. Not safe to take an afternoon stroll. But overall the good outweighs the bad.

The breakfast was great. My girlfriend enjoyed the breakfast more than I did and she wouldn't mind coming back for the breakfast cause it was good. The location is not that bad but it was far away from many things(Shops etc), but all in all it was exceptional. I can't wait to book again.

Everything was good with StayEasy there is nothing I can say it was not good but however I couldn't operate the safe. I followed the instructions but it seems like it was not working. Other than that, everything was great.

i liked everything about the place, it exceeded my expectations.the staff was friendly and the breakfast was scrumptious. the place is very quiet ,we actually enjoyed our stay there away from home

i have one complain about the place, i am a bathtub kind of person but there was only shower without a bathtub other than that the place was clean bed and bedding were comfortable

From security, cleaner, reception you're welcomed by smile. They have collaboration with work everyone shows I can help you attitude. Rooms are big, TV big screen, bed is comfortable, the sheet are pure white and their towels are soft, room are clean. Smelling good. Oh how can I forget my breakfast oh they changed menu daily for my 4 morning spend there. Price reasonable I can recommend this to friends and family. Is a bit out of town very quite and peaceful place. When I leave this they offered me a trolley without asking. I found a home please thank you everyone who is part of hotel

Nothing nothing nothing

The location was quiet, which was nice for me. It was easy to order an Uber as it just took a couple of minutes before it arrived. I liked the Chef, they cooked for our team lunch and dinner as we requested, and the food was nice.

Their breakfast is minimal, they need to beef it up with a variety of food. one can't have an omelette you just choose from what's prepared. And the internet was a bit slow which I did not like.

Breakfast was good, edible. It's a bit tricky to access the facility. You are most likely to pass it a number of times before locating it.

The plugs in room are too old and loose, we couldn't charge our phones. Please upgrade to modern USB port connections

There were no shower caps and we had to request them every time we needed to shower 😔 Glasses 🥃 in the bathroom were not changed/ cleaned on the second day . They didn’t put the tissue paper roll and the one we got on arrival was half 😔

The staff is great, it's in a good location and it was very clean.

The perfume when we checked in at 3pm it was too much. The pool wasn't so clean as when we arrived. It seemed like the coffee machine did not have enough ingredients so we did not enjoy the hot beverages for breakfast. The dining area for breakfast is small or there were alot of people and we struggled for quite a few minites to be sitted. Not enough chairs by the pool to sit and chill.

The place was clean and as for breakfast was fabulous 👌the staff I love them they were so friendly and helpful, my car was dirty because I parked under the tree and they washed it for me. Sunday morning our other car had a tire puncher, they help us took out the tire and get it fixed at the nearest garage. 👌👌👌👌👌❤️Everything was fabulous 💃🏽💃🏽💃🏽💃🏽I'm coming back soon. Swimming was clean
