2 comfortable bedrooms and a nice lounge area. Also very close to the university and lots of restaurants.

The kitchen had no dishes or anything. Not very useful for self-catering.

The rooms were clean and exceeded our expectations! The staff were friendly and helpful regardless of the pressure they were under with booking in the volume of guests.

Upon arrival at 14h35 pm, a lot of guests were waiting for their rooms to be assigned. Frustrations were flying high and the staff at reception/ check- in were overwhelmed with the volume of guests in font of them as they tried to assign rooms. Unfortunately due to a backlog with housekeeping, a lot of guests weren't able to book into their rooms, and drop off their belongings before going to the music concert at Lotus. Tension's were flying high, and understandably so. I do think that seeing as this will be a re-occurring event next year (2025), I would recommend a higher staff attendance on the day of, better planning, and a manager on duty to deal with the unhappy guests. The reception staff were at the receiving end of a lot of anger. I feel that this could be manager a little better!

the environment

staff attitude, they don't even greet clients except for the receptionists and security guards. All the cleaners were moody. Then if booked for two how come one small bottle of water is provided, one drying towel??? Its also high time carpets be changed to tiles. The paasage carpet was producing a terrible odour/smell just to mention a few

The location was very good, and it was very cosy. It was as it is in the pictures.

The smoking zone opens to the lounges, making it difficult for non-smokers to enjoy the lounges. I hope they can control that airflow, the location in the smoking area was good; just work on this. The first floor entry was very confusing I wish you could have clear directions for anyone who happens to come in through that door.

From the 24/7 security guards to cleaners and receptionist, everything was just perfectly fine, and the service was great. Also, the stuff was so welcoming. Even the neatness and freshness of this hotel is on another level, not even mentioning the respect and humbleness that everyone has. And the way I was so comfortable, I even forgot to check out on time, and they had to call me again just to remind me that my check out time has clocked. ❤️💯

The friendliness of the staff and the shuttle service on the departure day. The food was great.

The readiness of the conference room could be improved, especially setting up the data projector and the screen. We had to reset the tables and the projector towards the wall, and this delayed the start of our session.

The rooms are clean, sheets and bed are comfortable and the stay was just luxurious.

When we booked we were hoping to have a fun long weekend with plenty of swimming, however the swimming pools were not available as promised on the booking website. They must ensure that what they depict on booking platforms is what is available and as advertised.

It’s neat and clean

The security guard when he’s taking a break there must be someone to relieve him. I was stranded outside for almost 10mnts and I became vulnerable as it’s not safe. Other than that I enjoyed my stay . The staff was very welcoming and helpful

We had dinner and we enjoyed it. The room was neat and clean and very comfortable. I loved the set up and appearance of the room.

The service was very bad a reception. Not very helpful I booked for a couple and the room was for a single individual I called reception requesting towels.... and it took 45mins. I called and was told they are too busy, i must wait. My husband went to reception and the lady was on the phone..... The manager had to assist

Did not have breakfast but the staff were very Welcoming. They know what it means and takes to be working in the hospitality establishment. Spacious room. Location is just excellent providing a variety of amenities within walking distance.

The one way road to and from the parking lot but was well controlled. I killed 2 cockroaches and I guess it is because they move from all the food establishments in.the area.
