For the price I paid I expected a room and safety. What I got as well was breakfast, clean bedding, clean (quality) towels, accommodating staff that supported me in preparing for my work, free wi-fi and a homely atmosphere. The accommodation is basic, but provided with a smile and care and that made me feel comfortable and at home. Because the guesthouse is so well suited for groups and families, it can be noisy: the pool is well used by children, people are around socializing or working, but it rather feels more like a home than a guesthouse, without becoming untidy and tacky. I was really pleasantly surprised. Thank you Theresa for being such a great hostess. You run the guesthouse with your heart and all of you go the extra mile. I will come again.

The parking can be tight.

Great location, shops closeby. Staff were friendly and accommodating, even allowing us to store leftover pizza in the communal area and using the dryer for our swimwear. The rooms were clean and comfortable with a small coffee station and fridge. Breakfasts were reasonable with a nice variety.

The smaller room had a very uncomfortable mattress, however the other room's mattress was perfect. The aircon wasn't working in the smaller room, and the fan could only be used while the light is on, which made sleeping somewhat uncomfortable in the heat. On checkout I was however informed that the aircons were due to be serviced the following week. The cold water tap in the shower of the smaller room was very difficult to open because of a makeshift head in lieu of a tap head. Fortunately we were able to make do since we also had a larger room included in our booking and everything in that room was great.

Staff were friendly enough. I borrowed their plates, cutlery etc they gave and the lady said that I'm welcome to using their kitchen

I didn't see them cleaning our room they just prepared bed only. The toilet was having urine smell. I ended up buying handy Andy to clean it. There was no hand soap in a bathroom. Lots of 🕷 in the wall. They must try to change breakfast we ate chicken burgers, cheese, wors, eggs everyday I endup telling the lady that I'm tired with chicken burgers yesterday

Keep up the good standards, everything was up to standard comparing to what I had paid , it’s really value for money .Welldone team .

Just maybe you can put your phone numbers on your website and again the address huuuuu we struggled to get to the place and unfortunately the network was bad that day that made us room around the streets trying to navigate our way and unfortunately it was at night .You need to do something on location and Google search .Otherwise everything pertaining the facility welldone huya

It was a good stay and my children loved the bunk beds. Breakfast was good

My husband, Norman loved the Quietness and their comfortable beds.they were understanding when I made a mistake when booking. The guesthouse is also reasonable in prices.

The food was good and well prepared. There are not much options though. I wish they could add some fruits and some extra vegies like mushrooms

The bed is not comfortable, needs to be upgraded for extra comfort. The cutlery and cups needs to be washed thorougly as they have brown stains.

This place is indeed value for money. Breakfast was amazing and the space in the room was refreshing... The manager was super welcoming. The warmth of her presence made me and my family enjoy every second of our trip.

I loved the hospitality of Theresa!! What an exceptional woman👏, the moment we arrived she helpful and welcoming. The rooms are clean 👌 and spacious. Ohh, the pool was sooo clean! We absolutely loved our stay. #TheSoftGroup!

I didn't like how some clients took advantage of Theresa's kindness..Especially with breakfast on Sunday. She need to learn to be a little more firmer with clients and not let them walk all over her!!

The staff at Rustenburg Guesthouse was most accommodating and permitted me to hang around long after check out, since my child was writing NBTs. They also accommodated us and served breakfast earlier than usual.

There is building maintenance to be done to ensure that the facility does not become derelict.
