The rooms are nice with modern finished and overall look and feel of the hotel is modern. Really good value for money and will definitely be returning. Lovely child friendly environment and the kids goody bag on arrival is such a lovely touch! I love that the hotel had easy access to the beach and wish we could have enjoyed the outdoor more but the weather didn't permit. Despite this we thoroughly enjoyed our time in the hotel and will be returning for sure or opting to stay here when visiting Aliwal Shoal to dive. Staff were really friendly too and welcoming from the minute we arrived. The buffet at dinner and breakfast was good. Not a massive selection but good nonetheless.

Leaky roof in the diving hall needs repair. Dining hall chairs need to be deep cleaned as some had stains. Waiters are not very attentive to guests or paying attention should a guest require their service. A few times I had to ask for things twice or walk to the front desk to ask for service. I don't think it's ill intent at all as they were friendly just require a greater customer centric focus.

I loved the buffet dinner and breakfast. The food was very delicious. The location was so perfect, I like how easy it is to get to the beach. Loved waking up to the sound of ocean waves. The staff was very friendly, the guy who was helping us is very good at his job. [Ntuthuko]. Everyone was friendly and everything was convenient. I wish I could've stayed more... but I will definitely be back soon with my family since there are a lot of games and activities for children. The swimming pools were very nice as well. 100% The room was super clean with soft pillows and linen. The air-conditioner /heater works very well and the bathroom was super clean.

I wish we could've gotten music channels in our TV.

Check in.. wasn't smooth.. the reception didn't know I made arrangements to check in early. There was no 1 available to help with my luggage so they called security to help with my bags. Bags loaded n I had to ask for my key card. I wasn't advise as to what time breakfast is served or where. We got 1 key card as opposed to other resorts, you always get 2 without even requesting. hence we had to always call each other to open up if we went out on our own. No 1 at the games room in the evening hence couldn't use the facilities

Fabulously friendly staff (everyone, but most especially at the gate, and Amanda in the restaurant); perfect selection of cereals/muesli, fruit & yoghurt at breakfast (also kindly helped with early breakfast if going diving) and what a view over morning coffee; delicious dinners (including the buffet); open, welcoming and spacious communal areas; two pools to choose from; easy access to almost private stretch of beach; comfortable bed, excellent shower, aircon, quiet room even with family with kid next door :) Perfect place to relax.

The location , buffet breakfast exceptional on all days during our stay. Dinner buffet on the days it was served was exceptional. The rooms were clean and well maintained. Staff was great always available to assist with anything, facilities were all working and the two beautiful pools excellent. Beach access from hotel superb.

The signal for DSTV was not stable during our stay kept on loosing the signal. Also the telephone in our room was not working and nothing was done about it for all the 5 nights we stayed. We couldn’t use room service as a result

The property is beautiful with the stunning views. Very clean, safe, and the staff are absolutely delightful at all times of the day. The breakfast was a fantastic spread. Ideal for couples, families and anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. Plenty of activities such as croc world, scuba diving and the beachfront for anyone looking for a bit of an action holiday as well.

The restaurant at dinner time has a very limited selection and the prices are quite high. However it needs to be said that there are plenty of restaurants close to the resort so that would certainly be recommended.

Stuff is amazing, particularly Justin stationed at the bar. Really appreciate his service. His attention to detail and kindness was really appreciated. Stuff with that character is absolutely good. Place is extremely clean. View is amazing. Amazing breakfast and the chef was so friendly and entertaining.

They need better lighting outside the game room. Need more options for people eating halaal food. The game room needs more facilities for kids. And facilities of the game room was broken and could be a hazard for kids.

Everything ❤️🥰 especially the staff was very respectful,kind, and caring. Everything was perfect. The food was👌both the breakfast and dinner buffet was tasty and great presentation , fancy but also gives that warm feeling of home. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The rooms on the second floor had an amazing view of the pool and the sea.The bed and pillows were comfy as a cloud and the cleaning staff made sure the room was clean and smelt fresh. The New years tropical event that was hosted gave a chance to mingle and meet other residents which was very fun😂♥️. The place is child friendly.

We visited during the Easter weekend and they had planned family activities. Although we did not partake but it was lovely seeing everyone else join in the fun. People were mingling and everyone seemed like one big happy family. The effort was appreciated. Our room was also big and clean. The place has a private beach and this is a good advantage to beach lovers like me.

They don’t have a Spa anymore.

Great location and right by the beach

They generally don’t seem very organised. We arrived to a TV not working, I guess no one thought to check that everything is in order before clients can check-in. The Restuarant and staff do not communicate in advance about what’s available and what’s not, no proper planning. I also didn’t understand why a room with two adults only receives one 750ml bottle of water for the day 🤔. Housekeeping on our second night did not refil our shower gel. It’s just those minor things that one should not even be complaining about that didn’t make sense for a 4star hotel.
