Very safe location and is based near Southgate Mall. Rooms are clean and staff are very friendly. Our room with the balcony was excellent. It has a nice view and we appreciated the fresh air. Small things like the fan, flat screen TV, kettle with coffee and tea made it so much more pleasant.

The bed was a little uncomfortable and we were disappointed with the fact that there wasn't a mini fridge to keep milk and cooldrinks cool throughout the day. The breakfast is also a bit costly for what you get. Other visitors also made a lot of noise late at night.

I liked the welcoming team and how the staff was so great and friendly 😁... The room was clean and tidy with enough space and toilet paper, as well as air conditioning. The water was nice and hot and did not run out, the decorations was amazing. Thank you

Good morning..It will be better if you make a deal with multi_choice to get some more TV channels , geyser bcz the water get cold if you relax in bed and decode you'll shower later and to put a small fridge in the rooms..If you fix that than you can compete with the best...

Their professionalism exceeded my expectations. they took time handling a matter when I unfortunately Booked the wrong date , They took time to assist me and help me make my plans more enjoyable .

Other visitors to lower their voices. They were too noisy n drunk , they got lost , tried to open our door for a very long time n it was very disturbing

They told us there is no breakfast. I think you should install phones in the rooms. Is tiring wen you need something you should go to reception. And once more your staff need training. They making noise in the corridors wen they talk they scream to each other while we still sleeping. And the room need supervisor to check the cleanness. They don't dust . They need to use hand wen they mop the room at the corners are very dirty. They should use domestos for toilet and shower. More training for staff

Well we given room S12 the shower was slippery,and the drain closure was broken I slipped and my toes got stuck in the drain I wish they could fix that. And the house keeper knocked on the door exactly at 10 as we were getting ready to go and demanded for linen she could've waited for us to leave 1st, I was not pleased with that.

Bad breakfast; Although the rooms are good the pictures are not representative of the actual rooms. The bed and bathroom are the same but there are no sofas or patio even though the booking said you have those.

No charging plugs in the rooms which was such an inconvenience & No wifi connecttion on the 2nd floor.Was booked @ room 25
