It was a fantastic setting with a very friendly and welcoming atmosphere and the host was helpful and attentive to our needs and all our questions. Access to various areas made our stay more interesting and the buffet breakfast was just right with a great view and perfect setting overlooking the vineyard.

Not much could be put to fault with the duration of our stay, however a few notable points I can suggest is addressing the dirt road leading up to the entrance which was rather rough while dodging all the ditches. The extra charge for access to the sauna came as a surprise at checkout as this wasn't mentioned or indicated when inquiring and it may have become fairly pricey if we used it more regularly without realising the extra cost. Not necessarily a dislike but there was an indication of renovations for the coming season while we were there so looking forward to an even better stay sometime in the future. Our room was right next to another room so with the close proximity there is an awareness of sound but not too serious.

We had a relaxing 2 night stay at Wedgeview. The welcome by the member of the staff was fantastic, with all staff we met being equally good! The outlook from our room was stunning. The treatments we had were fab! Overall a fantastic service was received.

Unfortunately, there were some unsightly stains on the carpet. There had been a clear attempt to try hard to remove these stains, but the product used made it slippery underfoot when entering the bathroom. Some minor maintenance works on the shower floor needed. The dinner good but was a bit overpriced. I had 2 payments taken from my account that were unauthorised, with the first being Booking.com partly to blame. On ana ttempt to refund the 1st payment, a second payment was taken. Errors occur, however, it is extremely frustrating as there is additional loss due to international charges.

Beautiful location, peaceful setting. Hotel staff are always helpful and kind. Great breakfast. Comfortable accommodation.

Spa treatments could be improved. Presidential suite missing a few touches that could take it from great to perfect (e.g. teaspoons, bubble bath for spa bath)

This property is in a beautiful location and the staff were simply wonderful. so attentive, helpful and kind. The food was also excellent. The rooms and bathroom were super spacious and nicely decorated. The spa was also a real bonus with very good therapists.

For the price of the property, some of the rooms were a little tired: they looked beautiful in the photos but the courtyard rooms were a bit dingy, with cracks in the floor. The bathrooms were large and well done, but we had no hot water, and our toilet didn't flush so we had to use the restaurant one. We felt that for the price of the property this could have been better.

The staff was very welcoming and accommodating, on arrival we were offered something to drink and while we were filling out forms, the staff was suggesting supper places and made our reservation before we even finished our drinks. Their efficiency was excellent. We were taken on a tour of the premises, which was great, because we knew what there was on offer and where to find it. The rooms were very modern and specious, with a lovely view of the vineyard. The breakfast was delicious and more than sufficient.

The back up battery ran out without warning and it was mid-shower, so the water went cold and also the water pressure dropped substantially. So I was left there standing cold, half washed, waiting on the power to come back on. A bit of forewarning would've been helpful.

The staff are something different. Wonderful, happy, overly helpful, and they believe in Wedgeview full heartedly, it's not just a job to everyone on the premises. The room was amazing, but the views and the location is to die for!

It was situational and not to be held against the property. I just got stuck between maintenance guys when it was supposed to be relaxing. Ben assured me that I could come back to show me a new experience. I'll be back whether it's a gift or not! Great property. Great staff. Amazing views. Food was yummmmmmm

Breakfast was lovely, so many options too! Loved the beautiful setting and all the facilities. The pools ,the deck/games room outside area. Our garden deluxe suite was fabulous 👌 loved the fact that there were some snacks in the room as we got back late from a wedding and needed some midnight snacks 😀 also all the extra touches such as the bathroom toiletries were very much appreciated .

We were disappointed that we weren't made aware of the fact that your spa therapist was not in-house. We all wanted treatments and were told we couldn't have any due to the fact we didn't book prior. We would have done so if we had known.

Amazing welcome by the staff, all the time we remained the team was at the care for us. The outlook from our room was stunning, and the equipment of the room with all the detail and flower was very appreciate.

The restaurant is not really a restaurant, we need to order before 5:00. The team find a solution, even if we forgot to order the food.

The hotel is surrounded by a beautiful garden with a pool and even a Finnish sauna (which we tested and it was quiet ok :-) The place is very relaxing and quiet. The breakfast was good. The dinner was ok. Rooms are a bit dated, but nice and clean. We had a room with a balcony facing the vinyards.

Everything was just fine. Maybe a long distance from the town centre, but that could be a bonus as well.

Disappointed with the dinner menu and value for money. Both steak option and the Malay inspired satay were below expectations. Would stay again but skip dinner
