The location is EXCELLENT. It is literally a 5 min walk to Jalgachi Station. The hotel is right in the middle of the action. Jalgachi Market is a 5 min walk. Gukje Market and the fashion street is literally behind the hotel. The Lotte Store is a good 10-15 min walk. There’s lots of food places nearby!

The hotel itself is pretty dated. The carpet is definitely dated and the bathroom grout needs to be cleaned (bit moldy in spots). The bed is very very firm and the hotel does not provide toiletries so bring your own. They only provide shampoo, conditioner and body wash. You need to bring everything else.

The location is fantastic. Very close to Nampodong shopping street and BIFF Square. You can literally see Busan Tower from the windows. My partner unexpectedly got the worst food poisoning either of us had ever seen. Because of that, we needed to stay for an extra night. Despite there being no similar rooms available, the staff quickly found a family suite to accommodate us and allowed us to check out of our original room and immediately go to our new room. We appreciated the swiftness and kindness of each and every staff member. I even went to the lobby vending machine at midnight for a cold drink for my sick partner. The vending machine wasn't working and the staff just opened up the machine and gave me what I was after. So, so kind!

The laundry washing machine didn't seem to clean all that well but was better than nothing. Could have used a few extra towels.

The space of room is spacious and most important is the toilet had bidet. Near 2 halal restaurant which is Bakso Bejo and Warung Mbak Tia. Easy to access transportation by bus.Very near to BIFF street

I already use dryer machine in the laundry room. And it took too long to dry all my clothes around 3 hour

The staff, the hotel room, and the location were amazing. The room was bigger than expected, very clean, close to the metro and BIFF square in a very lively area without ever being bothered by street noise. The bed was super comfy and the bathroom was big.

The only "downside" was the air con being centrally controlled. We were lucky to enjoy mild weather (16-19 degrees celsius) in november, and the bedroom was too hot. Easily solved by opening the windows, but it would have been nice to have power over the room temperature

This hotel is located in the center of Nampo-dong. A few minutes’ walk to BIFF square, Jagalchi Fish Market and the Bosu Book street. You can also walk to the famous Lotte Department store along the Gawngbok-ro Rd from the hotel, it’ll take 20 minutes, on the way you can reach the escalator entrance to the Busan Tower. The staff welcomed us very warmly and were very attentive and kind regarding our needs throughout the stay. I am particularly grateful for the generous help from Go-Eun Baek. She assisted us to pre-book the tickets of express bus from Busan to Andong, since we don’t have a Korean credit card, and the Korean cards are required for online purchases. She managed using an app to order the tickets for us. It actually proved to be necessary, when we boarded the bus, it was fully occupied.

The metro station is a little far away, a 7 minutes’ walk to the closest exit.

Front desk staff, friendly, helpful with a smile. Alot of printed out information about the surrounding area for tourists. Maps, tour information, restaurants. Very helpful. Coin operated washing machine and dryer.

Maybe room size could be bigger. But that's been an issue in HK, Japan and Korea.

Extremely convenient, along Nampo shopping street and short 5 min walk from restaurants. laundry room available too! Short bus ride away from Huinyeol culture village.

lack of suitably-located power supply points for our electronic devices' usage and charging .. consider placing these at heights to enable usage at desk and bedside table

The breakfast is good. Typical Korean breakfast experience - a block table that you can choose what to have. The location is perfect if you are planning to visit more of the Western and Southern Busan. But there are busses and metro that can take you to the Easternmost parts easily, too.

Nothing in particular, it was a great hotel.

Comfortable and clean accommodation with friendly and polite front desk staff. Location was convenient to the seafood market and street food but not so easy to find the first time, it being located in an alley. Self service coffee in the lounge was a nice touch.
