we had reserved a standard twin room, and had two huge comfortable beds, so we were pleasantly surprised! the staff was very kind and accommodating

Very near Nampo Dong station. Close to bus stop & Jalgachi market. Easy to get access to the center and everywhere else in Busan. Crowded street behind the hotel with bunch of restaurants & cafe shops

Should have room cleaning daily. We didn't have room service for 4 days

its only 2 mins walk from the subway 3 stops from the KTX the room is well presented and clean and well priced we only spent 3 days here and will probably come back at some stage and this would be our base. its a 20 min bus ride from the cable car on the bus and 45min during the day on the 1003 to Hyundi beach and 45 to Shinsegae with a single transfer on the subway and 2 min walk to lotte world

there is no plates bowls or eating utensils it is however close to heaps of restaurants so no so much of an issue there is a discount store about a block away and we bought our own for about 15000 won the fish market is across the road and it does smell we were on the 9th floor and left the window open all night for some fresh air and is was not unpleasant

The room was spacious enough with a tall fridge-freezer, and the location was perfect - very close to shops, restaurants, attractions, and train station! Bottled-water was provided in the room, with soft facial tissue, and there's water dispenser for hot and cold water at the lobby, with clean towels and coffee if we wish to for more. The receptionist kindly allowed us to checked in earlier so we were very grateful! One of the staff also very kindly helped us order delivery chicken on his phone and also printed out our KTX tickets. I think the friendliness and helpfulness of hotel staff when you're travelling make a huge difference.

The table surface along the window was not wiped clean when we checked into the room, but it's not a big issue - we cleaned all the surfaces with our own alcohol wipes anyway.

The bed was extremely comfortable, they provide tea, coffee and water in the room (along with fridge, freezer and a kettle), and there was a working TV. Also, it is right next to a Lotte Mall, subway and bus stops. I got a good deal on this room so would say at the price I paid it was good value for money.

The first room I had, the aircon wasn’t working all that well. After asking about it and some disorganisation (maybe due to a language barrier) they moved me to another room where the aircon worked so much better but then the shower took a little while to get hot.

Excellent location, in the heart of Nampo and all the action as well as the subway. The room was big and clean and staff was friendly. Fast wifi.

No socket near the bed. No bath towels, only hand towels which may be common in S Korea. The shower doesn't have a glass door or curtains to block water from other sides of the bathroom. It's a bit outdated but it's a great value since it was very cheap when I booked it.

The location of the hotel is near the nampo station & nearby have a lot of resturants & shops which is quite convienent.

The air con did have some problem as there is water leaking from the air con at the beginning when switch it on. There is also not proper instruction on how to on the air con.
