The room was beautiful, Well appointed and nice view of the harbour and mountains. The location was excellent. Close to Nampo station, Fashion St, Lotte Department Store and Harbour. It was easy to catch the metro from Busan Station and also to transfer lines to travel to Gwangalli Beach and other tourtist spots.

We felt scared at night in our room. The walls and hallways are very loud when drunk guests coming back to their room. Yelling , laughing and talking at 3am. Our door was locked but we were still frightened they might go to the wrong room and bang on our door.

Great bed. Friendly staff. Near everything from the convenience store, coffee shops, restaurants, park, tower, mall, big shops, bank, train station, you name it, this hotel is very handy. And dont forget to tourist attractions and beach too. No breakfast offered but free bottles of water you collect in the counter.

Stairs to get into the hotel, but the lift(small elevator) wasn’t working that time so from taxi to get into the hotel was struggle if you have heavy luggage. Going up to the rooms no problem they have 2elevator. Other than this it was great.

Check-in and check-out were very swift - the staff member was friendly enough. The room and bathroom were pretty spacious, too. The shower was powerful. The pillows were quite soft. Very close to Nampo and Jungang stations on Line 1.

I didn't particularly like that you have to specifically ask for bins to be emptied/the room to be cleaned. It would be better if you could put a sign on the door saying 'Please make up the room'. In addition, the bathmat was pretty worn out and probably should be replaced. The room in general could do with a bit of a clean.

Amazing location. Staff was extremely helpful ams spoke vert good English. Price was 2/3 of similar already discounted properties.

Matress was extremely firm. I usually prefer firm mattress but I believe it was a "rock bed", which is quite common is Korea and used to simulate sleeping on the floor. Pillows were also quite firm and thick. This wasn't the end of the world for me, but I know it could be a deal breaker for others. The design of the toilet is also something that could be off-putting. Wc is enclosed within glasses, meaning not perfect smell and noise isolation. However, having the sink and shower separately from the wc can also be seen as a plus.

The location is very good. Lots of restaurants and shops. BFF and fish market are in walking distance. Nampo station is very close. Lotte department store is 5 mins walk. The hotel is modern and clean. The shower and toilet are separated. I recommend this hotel in Busan if you want to stay in Nampo area.

The beds so comfort.. we 're like yo sleep on hard matras is good for our back..even they're not clean up the room everyday.. but if we asked they willing to do it.. so far so good n near from station bus n train n so many food around the hotel

Maybe the culture of korean people .. looks unfriendly but sometimes they're helpfull.. maybe gv a little bit smile to a guest its better.. but its only a suggest overall the hotel is good..

good location (close to subway station and bus stop), and it’s in between busan station and BIFF square so it’s very convenient. the room is spacious, the bathroom has a bathtub, the beds are quite too firm but it’s totally fine with us. the bathroom lamp makes a noise but it doesn’t really bother us. lastly, the walls are quite thin so we can hear some guests talking out loud outside (at the corridor). the check-in and check-out process are smooth, we can also leave our baggage on the last day after checking out. overall the experience is great for 3d2n :)

I personally like the comfy bed and spacious room of the hotel. In addition, the location of the hotel is very near to Nampo station. I can find some convenience stores or pharmacies nearby the hotel. This is a great option for couples or families for a long stay in Busan.

After staying for two nights, I feel that the service attitude of the day shift staff at the front desk of the hotel is not very friendly. Apart from that, the hotel does not provide daily necessities such as dental kits and razors.

Location is awesome, 3 minutes to Nampo MRT. Opposite is kyochon chicken.

The glass of bathroom’s door is clear, Very embarrassed when I was traveling with my brother. One more thing on the last night of my stay, there was a fire alarm. When we fled downstairs from 12F to 1F in a hurry, the staff just told us that it was caused by someone smoking in the room. No one apologized and check everything is fine from floor to floor. The fire alarm light in our room kept blinking until I asked staff to fix it in the midnight. I hope hotel will face up to this serious problem and tell all guest not to smoke in the room when check in. Even though nothing happens in the end, the fire alarm really make people feel scared.

Great location, nice rooms, great view. The shower is one of the best I’ve ever had in hotels.

Light in the bathroom switches off all the time and in general the light system is not very user friendly since you can’t switch the lights from the bed. The other thing is a very hard mattress. It didn’t bother me too much, but my husband was in pain because of the bed.
