Some beverages Netflix/WiFi, a water kettle / ladies/gents amenities for free and a hairblower. Daily clean ups. Overall the interior design is very nice, the room as well as the bathroom was clean and neat. It was quiet even though this is a very radiant/busy are with shopping street/many restaurants/café´s. I could see the Diamond tower from my window. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Busses and metro in short walking distance. Definitely recommend staying here for a few days!!

Some of the walls could need a little fresh up, because of slight stains - but it was really not bad at all. I realized this is a hotel where most people seem to stay for only a couple of days, I was here for 7 days so I could have needed a little closet or additional rack to not have to live "out of my luggage".

Location was great, hotel is situated very close to the shopping streets in Busan, many coffee shops for breakfast and restaurants for all kind of dinner. It is perfect for visiting all the sightseeing spots of Busan (Yongdusan park with tower, Jagalchi fish market, Lotte-mart, shopping streets). Not suited for beachlife as nice beaches are further away outside this district of Busan. Also Gamcheon cultural village is only a short bus ride away.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had an excellent experience. The hotel is very clean, which was immediately noticeable upon arrival. The room was spotless, and the bed was incredibly comfortable, making for a great night's sleep. The hotel is located in a good neighborhood, offering a peaceful environment while still being close to key attractions and amenities. I felt safe and at ease throughout my stay. The staff were another highlight of my visit. They were friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with any requests or questions. Their professionalism added to the overall positive experience.

the room was clean and modern euqipped. the location was good, close to metro and the BIFF SQUARE. in walking distance a lot of restaurants, cafés and shops. the staff was very very nice and the reception desk could speak very well english (not very common in seoul/busan).

even though we hang up the "don't disturb" sign, the cleaning staff still went inside to change the towels, which was kinda unnecessary and a waste of resources. it's probably common in south korea, since i had the same experience before.

Clean and well equipped hotel/room. The room and bathroom was spacious and very clean. Very modern interior. The staff were super friendly and attentive. Felt really safe and happy at this hotel. The hotel is located amazingly just: 4 stopes to Busan Station 5 min walk to Busan Tower 5 min walk to Gwangbok-ro Fashion Street Lots of convenience stores Emart24, GS25, CU in walking distance.

The location was great! Walkable to Gukje Market, BIFF square and Jagalchi market. It was very close to Busan station too, few bus stops away, and we left Busan via train so it was very convenient. Area around the building is a little hilly, much like the whole of Busan so not much choices there. The room had sufficient space for us to open 2 luggages in the same space and still be able to walk around comfortably. There was also a bath tub in my room (twin), though my friend’s separate room (double) did not have it. But this is not a key factor. Both toilets were spacious and comfortable too. Staff was also very helpful and polite, which I appreciate.

Honestly no complains.

Room was clean and spacious even for 3 people. Bed was comfortable. Good amenities provided. Location was good. Easy access to trains/subway. Plenty of eataries/restaurants around the hotel serving western and korean food. Walking distance to Lotte Mall and shopping streets. Friendly and welcoming staffs who speaks good English.

Temperature in the room was a little warm.

Location near food markets, malls, interesting shops and cafés. Subway station close. Taxi to Busan station was like 6.000won during the day.

Facilities are old. TV remote control didn't work even when we requested the batteries to be changed. The shower and toilet are in the same room without glass dividers, so everything gets wet every time you take a shower (seems to be normal for Korea, though)

Perfect location, super friendly staff who were available day and night, clean bathroom, spacey room, great atmosphere. We were surprised to receive free drinks and cookies in our room every day, and the cleaning service was simply the best. We truly had a perfect stay and I will honestly never book a different accomodation in Busan anymore.

The location was perfect! Multiple convenience stores down the street, plenty of restaurants nearby, a 5-8 minute walk to BIFF Square and the Lotte Mall, and close to train stations and bus stops. All-in-all, the location was perfect! The room was also the perfect size and spacious! The en-suite bathroom had a bathtub and a stand-alone shower. The bed was big and comfortable, the a/c worked perfectly, and the TV also worked and connected to Netflix. I would definitely stay here again.
