All the staff i met were very friendly, they were trying their best to communicate with us using English, they even provided us the complimentary birthday cake and party pack for my son's birthday The facilities are great, especially the heated pool and gym Room was clean everyday with the complimentary snack in the fridge just right in front of Heundae Beach and walking distance (less than 1km) to sky capsule train station. Many restaurants within walking distance and shinsegae was just 3 train stop away

Ocean view is spectacular! The staff is just out of this world - professional, courteous, very helpful, and accommodating to our needs. Property is extremely clean, luxury and have all the amenities you need. Has a cafe, restaurant, bar, bakery, gym, sauna, pool. If you want to see all the luxury cars pulling in, this is the place. I've seen Rolls and all the rest. But cab is everywhere and easy to catch. Or ask front desk to reserve a ride. Nearby beach has more places to explore around and good diners. Yacht or cruise rides are close by, along with other places to visit and things to do. Location is great.

Pool is small. Ocean is easily accessible, however, not easy to dust or shower off the sand to re-enter the property. There is a air gun in a hidden corner near the front entrance of the hotel. Rear entrance was closed at the time of our visit.

The staff were friendly, the location of the hotel and swimming pool views.

The lift waiting times were long. Luckily we were on the top floor so the lift was empty when we got in, but for the other floors there seemed to be an endless queue due to lifts being full by the time they got to their floor. The lift was always cramped with people. Also the swimming pool was extremely busy with no adults only section. I was disappointed with the sauna amenities as I wore my swimsuit in there one day with no issues and the next day I was told by staff I couldn't use the sauna because I wanted to keep my swimsuit on, which was contradicting to my previous days experience.

It was a very beautiful property. It felt very opulent and designer. Very clean, comfortable and incredible location, right on the beach and near the main area of Haeundae Beach. They got our rooms opposite each other as our request was adjoining as we travelled with teen kids. The rooms were very well designed and very comfortable. The staff were very accomodating and explained things well. When leaving we needed a BIG taxi to accomodate all 4 of us and our 4 suitcases and the staff there strategically called aimed for a SUV and helped us pack our suitcases in to fit. We really appreciated their help. The pool area is amazing!! the view from the pool area is incredible, again very luxe.

The ground floor deli area is take away only. It felt a little odd to order and there was not seating. Better to go to Starbucks on the 4th floor, there is a lot of nice seating there and still part of the property.

The best location of any hotels with nice modern decor throughout. Beautiful indoor, outdoor pool, excellent gym setup, all with views. Having a convenience store and starbucks inside the hotel was great. Service level of all staff was top notch.

Rooms were on the smaller side with some road noise coming through. Chair makes a scraping sound against the floor when you move it, and you can clearly hear when people above you move it. Breakfast was great but at 60k won, you really have to deliver on every dish. E.g. bulgogi was very tough and there were no real dishes that had the wow factor with maybe the exception of french toast which was excellent.

Great location right at Haeundae beach. A short walk to the night walking street. Also walked to Westin with the park and lighthouse. The other side is Haeundae blue line park. Fantastic pool. Need a swim cap. Book and pay as needed in case your plans change. Breakfast is about SGD60 per person! We took the deluxe kind with shower that came with partial sea and city view. Starbucks on level 4 showed fantastic view of the beach. Took taxis everywhere to Gamcheon cultural village and Jagalchi fish market. Go hungry as it is quite affordable.

The location, facilities and service was great! I was travelling on my own and asked the staff on reception LOTS of questions about how to get around Busan and the tourist attractions on offer. They took the time to explain everything and printed off maps to help me find my way. The hotel is close to the beach, restaurants and shops, and a short walk from the subway station and bus stop. In addition, it was a leisurely walk to Blueline Park and a few other tourist attractions. I got to see the lunar eclipse and watch the sun rise - so I loved it there. I was very impressed with my stay that I can't wait to return again next year!

Breakfast was about 55,000 KRW (quite expensive compared with the other 4-star hotels I stayed at in Korea) so I decided to eat elsewhere. The washing machine and dryer are in Korean so it would've been helpful to get instructions in English. One of the staff actually came up to the guest laundry and showed me how to work the machines, so I was really grateful.

Top notch 5star hotel in every way.

My absolute dream hotel - so beautiful! Had incredible views of the beach, the staff went beyond every single day, they were friendly with kids too. We couldn’t wait to get home each day! Incredible gym with a full gym setup and beach views. Pool was perfect too… the views. Beds were super comfy, cleaned each day. Free washing facilities on Level 8. The best location, we ubered everywhere for a few dollars and nothing was more than 10 minutes away! Book book book!

Nothing - I didn’t want to leave

I loved every part of my stay. The location is great, you can walk to the beach and SeaLife and also the lively street ahead full of cafes, restaurants and small shops. The suite was so comfortable and clean and the view to the city was nice. The hotel had free beach towels and sand toys for my kids which was really cool. The breakfast had great halal friendly options, like the fruits, vegetable salads, egg station with only vegetables, pancakes and waffles. Also the juice selection was really fresh and nice. The staff… I really don’t know how to express my gratitude and joy. Every one of the staff is so welcoming and so nice. I faced an issue and had to extend a night at the hotel which went smoothly. And the team helped me with the directions and providing help when I needed to book a train ticket. I am grateful for each one of the team. Thank you so much for being friendly, helpful and kind ♥️.
