It's very near Haeundae beach and Haeundae market. The rooms were also clean and the bathroom was great. We were able get a room with a sea view but there was one building infront of us so we didn't get a perfect view, nonetheless it was still good. The lobby is a bit small but checking-in and out was very quick.

Not a big issue but on our first night they only provided 3 small towels and 2 big towels even if we were 3 persons per room. It was easy to call the front desk and request for more though.

Very close to the Haeundae Beach, niggt market and main street with lots of eateries and illuminations. Had a nice view from my top floor, lvl 20 Comfortable big bad, room good size. Train station is walkable 10 min, bus stop is just outside. ATM and convenienve store is just outside

Old dirty carpet in a foyer and corridors. Mosquitos in a room on level 20🙄 Ended up bitten allover as I opened window. Aircon was too cold otherwise.

Great location, central to the beach, aquarium, nightlife, and subway to downtown. Nice, well stocked CU right outside the hotel entrance. View from our room was great, as advertised. Room was clean and very private. Staff was SO friendly. Limited parking on site (our American van was too large for the parking lift) but the staff helped us with a spot right in front of the building.

Facilities were a bit worn (but clean). Windows were not sound-reducing, so we could hear the street noise all night.

The location was great, 5min walk to Heundae beach and 7min to the main street. It was a good accommodation for the money we paid. Of course, the hotel is not super new, but at least it was clean. Also, we stayed at 15th floor (if I remember correctly), and the city view was amazing. Staff in the lobby was nice too.

Since the hotel is rather old, there was some weird smell in the corridor (I suspect it comes from old carpets). Also, furniture, towels and bed sheets are not new. But if you don't have problem with that, this hotel is a great place to stay for a short vacation.

The bad was nice, the location is literally perfect 🥰. Stuff was really friendly, and the bath was big enough for two

The bath was a bit dirty( however, just to be fair, there is a chance that it was me). The only problem was a strange negative atmosphere inside the room, that magically turned each conversation vibe to more negative side. Still, over I will recommend this hotel 🏨

the room size and the bed was very good and the view in this particular room I was booked in was awsome

the welcome is a bit strange at the ground floor, this reminds you not to enter a hotel. also not so good was that 50 minutes before 3 PM no room was already available to enter.

Location is perfect, near to the beach and metro station. Close to one of the most popular streets in Busan probably. Everything is nearby, convenience store is right on the first floor.

You can see that the hotel is really old. It's not that clean as new hotels are. We lived on the 19th floor with the sea view, but dirty window was ruining that pretty much.

Perfect place for travelers who are always on the go. The hotel is a perfect place to rest, freshen up and head out to places in Busan. Good location. Near Heaundae Beach and Haeundae Market. The train station is also a walking distance.

Not that much outlets. (Suggestion: Bring extension cord)

Reception went smooth, the view was as promised, the room was clean and comfortable, as were the bathroom facilities.

There weren't really any outlets available to plug in the water boiler or to charge electronics. We had to unplug the tv. The walls aren't very soundproof.

The value of this place was insane. I requested a room as high up as possible with as much of a partial beach view as my room classification would allow and they put me on the 19th floor where I could see right through the water to the sandy bottom of Haeundae Beach. I stayed for two whole weeks. It was good to be tucked away from the madness on the beach and the masses elsewhere, yet be extremely close to all beach, shopping, and bus and ttrain transportation. The bathroom was spectacular, with a squeaky clean tub that I used every day. The king bed was an actual king bed. Most of all, the staff was incredible. They always provided water and towels and cleaning upon request. They did a lot of other things for me, too, like call up places on their cell phones because I didn't have service while traveling, put me up in the conference room so I could get some work done while the staff were deep cleaning the ACs in all the rooms, greeted me whenever I walked in or out, and called me a cab when I sadly left. Thank you so much - if/when I return to Haeundae, I will always stay here. Again, I can't conceive of a better value for this very popular location.

Since it's a beachside spot, the floors were a little bit worn and there was a feeling of humidity when first walking in. That's just how it is by the ocean, though, and adds to the atmosphere. Also, I only wish there were a closet of sorts, but figured things out with the hangers and hooks that they provided.
