The room and view was beautiful! Most staff were very accomodating, helping with bags and taking good care of us :)

There weren’t many food options for people with dietary requirements, we really wanted to eat in the restaurant but there wasn’t much we could eat. It made the stay a bit disappointing, but we were just happy to be in such a beautiful place. The only other thing was the next morning we wanted to order a coffee so I called room service and the operator was quite rude, when I asked her for the iced americano her response was “now!?” In a bit of a rude tone, I wasn’t sure what the concern was….

Our room was perfect and room service was also very nice . The staff was extremely polite and very helpful thats a big 10 on 10 for me . Thank you for hosting our family in your hotel ...hope to come to back soon . Keep it up

On day one room service , in your menu under asian specialities theres a dish called "Prawn Wonton Soup " which I ordered and then I was told that its not available . Small suggestion to review the menu and take off the ones which you don't serve anymore :)

The hotel is nice, the staff are gracious and welcoming, and the location and view of the bay and the bridge are really great. It's a very nice place to stay.

The breakfast arrangements are a bit strange and feel the a la carte could be better. Perhaps it is just the comparison with the Grand Intercontinential where I'd stayed earlier but the service seemed confused (we were given wrong orders on multiple days) and while the food was certainly nice, it just seemed to lack the higher quality I'd expect at a park Hyatt. Additionally, seating for breakie seemed muddled and found quite often familesi with noisy kids would let them play their iPads at high volume kinda of disrupting the breakie atmosphere. Often it felt like the staff were a bit overwhelmed at breakfast by orders and logistiics. That said, it was good. Just expect it to be excellent at the Park Hyatt for what you pay.

What a wonderful experience from start to finish! My gratitude to the team for their warm hospitality and kindness. A special mention to Mr Ben Park the Duty Manager who was always present and there to assist. Will be back for sure and is undoubtedly the best hotel I have stayed in Busan.

Can't say anything bad to this hotel!😃 We had an amazing nights and days here! The hotel staffs were so nice very approachable and willing to help.🥰 The facilities were good. We were in family suite with dining, lounge area and big bathroom with bathtub. It was very clean! The hotel is near to sealife busan aquarium for about 10 minutes by car. Right front of sealife busan aquarium is the haeundae beach. I Love the beach so much. Of all the beaches here in Korea that I went to, haeundae beach is the best! Lotte World Busan too is not too far from the hotel. It only took us 15-17 min. From the hotel you can view the amazing bridge that is full of lights at night. And its near too the skyline capsule and haeundae train. Will be back here next year!❤️

Very luxurious hotel. Everything was top-notch. Didn't get to try the buffet, but I heard from my friends that it's quite good. Rooms were very neat and tidy and quite sizable. Park Hyatt never fails to impress!

There could've been more international channels. If you want to explore Central Busan (near Busan Station) the hotel is quite far (15-20 minute drive) since it's in a separate location. If I were to nitpick, the only thing I had a quarrel with was how to operate the lights and blinds since it seemed unnecessarily complicated to use.

The room we stayed in was very modernized and smart. Although we did not pay any extra charge we got to stay in the 27th floor and had a nice view on the city. The highlights were definately next to the very proactive staff (including the room cleaning staff) and their service the two restaurants serving excellent dinner as well as the most tasty and diverse breakfast (Korean and Western). We made also use of the pool (with the most amazing view especially in the evening at the Gwangan bridge), Spa for a couple massage and sauna landscape which was very clean, large and modernized as well.

The room was large, quiet and very clean. The bed was comfortable and I slept well. There is a great view if you are facing toward the ocean, especially at sunset. There are multiple convenience stores nearby. Staff were always friendly and quick to offer assistance, especially those at street level/the porte-cochère.

On occasion there was only one staff member working at the front desk so there was a queue. The location is out of the way and it's quite a walk to the metro however there are always taxis outside. There were not many choices for breakfast.

The best hotel room view of my whole trip. I didn’t want to leave the room. The hotel staff were amazing, everyone spoke English so I had no trouble checking in, and they did a great job taking care of me during my stay. The hotel decor felt relaxing and luxurious, and the room service menu was fantastic. There is also a convenience store next door and a few places to eat within walking distance.

The only thing I can fault is the distance from a subway station….but I imagine most people who stay here wouldn’t be taking the subway.

The view was AMAZING day and night, but especially during the night. Location was slightly out of the way from Haeundae Beach, but I think I preferred it since it gets pretty hectic over there with tourists. Parking was a breeze, and everything was still close enough to be convenient. Did I mention the amazing view already? Even the view from the bath was nice! Room had all the conveniences you'd expect from a modern 5-star hotel, and I really enjoyed the local touch - strewn around with old photos, books, and artifacts. The mini-bar was loaded and had variety of snacks ready to go if one decides to chill in the room, and he TV allowed for screen-mirroring from a mobile device if you felt like watching something other than the local offerings. Concierge was friendly and very receptive of requests. Didn't try out the restaurants/breakfast/bakery. They had a florist on-site if one needs it for a special occasion.

Not much to say. Everything was smooth, and nothing to complain about. Maybe location wise it isn't too walkable but seemed doable. The elevator arrangement was funky.
