The airport shuttle was very convenient.

When we first arrived at the Incheon airport, it’s hard to know where the airport free shuttle located. When we call the hotel front desk, the staff said it was on the 3rd floor, but Incheon airport was massive, we ended up taking a taxi. MORE detailed instruction will definitely be helpful. Next time I will make sure I find the shuttle bus location before departure.

Amazing hotel that’s 5 mins away from the airport by free shuttle bus! Excellent accommodations! I will be coming back if ever need an hotel near to Incheon.

In the communication they refer that the shuttle is from gate 3C, however you don’t find it easily. From T1 Head to exit 3 and follow the sign. Once you cross the street you will find the bus stops for all the shuttle buses

Ideal for travelers needing a convenient airport stay with clean, comfortable accommodations and a well-designed bathroom. We enjoyed a restful night between flights, which was exactly what we needed. However, for those planning to explore Seoul and visit major attractions, it may be better to stay closer to the main train station, as you can easily take the express train from the airport for easy access to the city center. Also, it's nice that there's a shuttle bus from and to the airport.

It might be good to have better instructions on how to find the shuttle bus when exiting the airport.

The booking was made through Booking.com, and communication from the Grand Hyatt was excellent. Check in & check out seemless. We had been visiting our adult son who is temporarily living in Korea, and he saw us off at the airport for our early morning flight - then hopped the Army's bus back to base. The hotel provided a comfortable rollaway for him. We dined Ala carte at Restaurant 8, and it was excellent. Service all around was excellent, including the easy shuttle to the airport. We'd traveled to the hotel via train to Incheon airport, then catching the shuttle they run every ~30 mins from Terminal 1. Worked great. Highly recommend if you need a very comfortable place to stay near Incheon.

Hotel was a welcome break after extensive travelling. The rooms are always beautifully laid out and clean. The breakfast is just amazing. Well worth staying here.

This is the second time I’ve been asked upon checking out whether I’d like to receive the final invoice by email and on both occasions, it was never sent. On the previous occasion, despite following up multiple times with both the hotel and Booking.com, I never received a copy and eventually had to give up. As this was a business trip, it’s essential for me to have receipts for all expenses. I would strongly recommend requesting a paper copy at checkout to avoid any issues.

Clean and good location

Swimming pool requires hats to be worn. Not an issue but were not told until we were poolside and about to swim so had to get dressed, return to the room for payment and go to reception to buy a hat. Then back to the pool. Would’ve been nice if they told us when we asked about the pool at reception

We loved the kid pool area! It was spotless, and the lifeguard was very helpful with everything. The buffet restaurant in the East Tower is amazing. The food tasted great, and the staff was very friendly. All of the staff at this location speak English well. The rooms' views were terrific, and we could see the airport runway from our room.

We booked this hotel for the pool and unfortunately it was closed for maintenance on the day we stayed. The price for the buffet was a little bit high at $70 per person. They do provide a 30% discount on that if you have a room.

Personal at front desk speaks very little inglish, At first geting by was difficult. Red bus stops infront of hotel, for me is a must at first day to have a fast idea of the city. Breakfast is ok. Bed and batrh are very good. Good gym, pool and sauna. They have many other ammenities like indoor golf and yoga. We had a club room at the 17th floor the view was great. Ubber is a great way to get around as location is good but it is a BIG city. Seoul is a great and fun city.

Generally in Seoul only a few speaks inglish, getting directions is not easy. Plan in adevance. and DO NOT FORGET TO PRESENT THE "K ETA" at least two days fefore you fly.

I wish I had stayed longer I really had few hours in the hotel and still regret it I should have booked longer. What a vip experience. We were treated like celebrities. I am a solo traveller, had been to all over the world holidaying but the treated we got here was exceptional, first class more than a 5 star I will say. Firstly we were allowed to leave our luggage 4 days before our stay and we arrived late to leave the luggage and were late for the flight to Tokyo but the staff kindness surprised me. They quickly took our luggage and put us in their small shuttle to the airport so that we didn’t miss our flight, same when we checked out to the airport on our last day they put us in their small shuttle again to the departure terminal and were treated like princesses and princes what a vip experience, the only thing missing was the red carpet😄. I am so glad I booked it even though we stayed one night and ended staying shorter inside the hotel to enjoy its best as we went to Seoul when we checked in and traffic to Seoul wasted our time to come back it was already midnight and the next day we were out. I wish I had more than one night please keep smiling staff and doing what u already do you excelled it you have got it covered guys. Miss your hotel already😂

Nothing , only be careful when you book club rooms make sure you tell the reception downstairs when asking for breakfast venue as they nearly sent us to the non club restaurant and unfortunately my Fairbanks son had already been sent there and ended eating there and it’s a bit of a walk to the other side of the hotel.

Great amenities for kids (a play room with arcade/video games, magnetic blocks, Photo Booth) and a grassed outdoor area with soccer goals, basketball hoop, plenty of balls, balance bikes and scooters, and a big playground. Unfortunately the kids pool was closed for maintenance but I’m sure it would have been a hit. Our room was huge and my son watched the planes landing from the window for hours. We upgraded to get access to the Grand Club and Cafe and honestly that was so worth it, highly recommend! Hotel staff were friendly and beds were comfy. Would definitely stay again!
