We reached the hotel around 11pm after taking the free airport shuttle bus. I was able to find my room key easily on the reception table in an envelope labelled with my name. The room had microwave and the beds were comfy. There is a convenience store in the hotel and we bought packets of noodle and rice. Quite happy with my stay. In the morning, we went to a nearby cafe. It was newly opened and service was rather slow though food was good. We also site seeing the grand Paradise mall. It was nicely decorated for Christmas.

Location was good. From airport it's the 2nd stop of the free bus shuttle. There's a convenience store at the ground floor. Good airport hotel. Serves its purpose as a transit accommodation. Front desk person spoke decent English and helped us book a Jumbo Taxi for our ride to gimpo airport the next day. Just note that the front desk only works in the afternoon (2-11pm) till late night so if you arrive in the morning I'm not sure how you will check-in. Upon check out you just leave your keys at the front desk.

Maybe it's just summertime but the A/C was a little warm. And bring your own toothbrush. But there's a convenience store downstairs anyway.

Perfect location for overnight stop overs. Travelling with family of 4. Had an overnight stay. It was easy to get to and from using the shuttle bus. Receptionist was super friendly. Recommend for stop overs.

Facilities were a bit dated, but functional.

I made the reservation an hour before arrival, and the check-in process was seamless! That, in particular, exceeded my expectations. The man at the front desk was very professional, which was much appreciated, given my arrival less than an hour before the final check-in time.

I thought the description noted an airport shuttle, yet there was no dedicated shuttle. Rather, it was an airport shuttle that drove me near to the hotel, but not to the hotel.

I consider this a no frills type hotel. It was very clean and comfortable and close to the airport. Very handy for a long layover which was my situation. When I was there in March it was very cold but my room was warm and comfortable. The heating pad on the bed is a nice touch. And I was greated by a friendly front desk person.

Very spacious and warm without being too hot. Easy to get to from the airport. Easy instructions to get shuttle bus from airport.

When you look at the map it leads you to the back door of the hotel so your not quite sure you are going the right way but pretty easy to work it out when you are in the building.

Great location for staying one night near the airport. Free shuttle bus and 24/7 CU Convenient Store was a great!

The A/C was so loud so we had to turn it off to sleep because my husband is a light sleeper

the room is so big and comfy bed with kitchen and location is near airport free shuttle too just in front of the hotel

Great stay at the hotel with exemplary service and facilities. The room itself was spacious and well fitted with every basic amenities you can think of. The Hotel faculty was very friendly and caring. They were helpful and beyond. Overall, the stay was worth every penny.

Comfy clean room and courteous and helpful staff. Hotel provided transport to and from the airport. Good communication from the hotel staff prior to our arrival in South Korea was really appreciated.
