I loved the new and modern rooms. Especially the huge tub and shower in the bathroom. Also the room itself was a very good size. I appreciated how helpful the staff was (one girl in particular but didn’t get her name) she helped us order some food for delivery and permitted me a late late check out since I was with my infant daughter and our flight out of ICN was leaving in the evening.

Although I chose it for how close it is to ICN it was noisy at night due to the airplanes landing and taking off. Also, the shuttle service is pretty meager (limited availability and must book a day prior). Another thing I didn’t like was the lack of food options. The hotel restaurant/room service is closed on Saturday and Sunday so you’re basically left to fend for yourself which is difficult since there isn’t anything (convenience store or restaurant) within walking distance. So it was frustrating to find this out upon checking in exhausted and hungry and seeing advertisements for the hotel menu offered but then none of it being available. Lastly, their beverages sold at the front desk are overpriced.

It was very close to the terminal, which made it very convenient. I appreciated the shuttle to the terminal. The staff was very nice and helpful. They were very attentive and kind. I was also grateful for the shuttle from the hotel to the terminal.

For 140,000 won a night, you would think that something beyond basics of hot water, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash would be provided. Body lotion, razor, qtips, etc would be nice to have. These were on sale in a vending machine in the lobby but I don’t think providing these is a stretch. Food was way overpriced and there are no other options in the vicinity.

Very clean and friendly staff , the free breakfast and transit to the airport were a great bonus :)

A shame room service or the restuarant wasn't available. And the hallways and lobby area was quite cold. But lovely in the rooms and we would book again as good value

The hotel is only 10-15min from the airport. It is quite new, very well maintained and everything is super clean. The room has everything you need and the bathroom is huge. The attention of the staff is 10! We especially want to thank Kim Min Soo. We are so grateful for his help and hospitality. Someone like him makes the experience much more pleasant. I recommend this hotel if you have an early flight in the morning and want to rest more, if you need to stay near the airport area, if you make a stopover, etc As soon as we return to Seoul, I have no doubt that we will stay at this hotel again!

Easy check in and check out process. Great room with everything you need. Very quick and efficient shuttle to Incheon Airport in the morning. Staff are polite and professional. The free sandwich and breakfast was a nice surprise for us!

The juice we got in the morning at the hotel cafe didn't seem to be priced correctly, so I was surprised when I paid for the two bottles and it was more than twice what I expected to pay. Other than this, everything was great!

The hotel was very nice. We stayed here because our flight was delayed so we needed a place to stay for an evening. The hotel was modern, clean, and staff was very friendly. We ate dinner in their restaurant and watched a movie in our room. They even provided us with complimentary egg sandwiches upon checkout. It was a nice place to stay put while we waited for our flight.

There’s nothing around the hotel so you will be spending most of your time in your room.

The room was very spacious and beds have been generally very comfy. Bathroom was also very spacious and furnished in a very stylish way. If you look closer you will find some unpleasant coloured stains in the bathroom. It is recommended to clean properly as it is a bathroom. Despite being close to the airport the rooms were very calm and the view was simply astonishing!

The most unpleasant aspect was the location itself as the hotel is in the middle of nowhere. No real convenience store around. So take your food/drinks or snacks with you even if you wanna eat at the hotel. However, if you book the hotel you should be expecting that the hotel is located off the grid. The organization of the shuttle bus was good, however, some guests came too late so that the bus arrived later than expected. The hotel should warn guests when they should be arriving in the lobby and its consequences if they arrive too late.
