They give you everything you need especially for a solo traveller. Room is big and the core essentials of items that were listed on their page. They give you the basic toiletries and free water/soft drink which was nice. It was quite comfortable and it was in a pretty decent location too - e.g. walking distance to the Jeonju Hanok Village; buses are easily accessible too.

I noticed that the staff at the front weren't usually there most of the time. I didn't necessary needed them for anything but just in case you need to ask for something, it might be hard to reach them.

Great for a good rest. Isolated and quiet but right next to multiple bus lines to ride 5 minutes and be in the popular part of town. Big room and bathroom. Great cafe and food next door, as well as a cool Korean street clothing shop a block down. The hotel is dated, but for the price, you can’t beat what you get. We were satisfied.

No problems. The gentleman at the front desk was not the most outgoing or attentive, but this did not affect our stay.

They have breakfast in the morning - toast and coffee and they also give free softdrinks for the day - I thought that was very nice . It was central and within walking distance to everywhere . Clean and big rooms .

When we first arrived I booked a room with a picture of a bed - normal accommodation. But when we showed up we just had a couple thin blankets to have for the hard floor to sleep on " traditional style " it was completely not something I could have slept on - but they traded us rooms to a normal bed . Just be careful for that!

We booked this as it had kitchen facilities. Being vegetarian we could manage all our meals comfortably. The staff was super helpful with booking us Taxi's & used the Computer to translate to English. They have a microwave in the lobby which all guests can use. They had ready mix for tea & coffee.

Maybe a Chair and desk in the room. Other than that I can't think of anything. Overall our stay was good. We came there to participate in Senior World Badminton Championship.

There wasn't a breakfast as such but there was a fridge downstairs stocked with coffee tea milk bread jam choco pies, crackers and so on cans of orange juice. nothing that healthy. my room had a kitchen in it but no cooking utensils plates or cutlery. the room did have a kettle. there was a dressing table but no table or desk to eat at. Downstairs there was a microwave in the corridor. but no tables to eat at so you needed to cook things and carry them upstairs to eat sitting on the bed or the floor or at the dressing table. the location was walkable to almost all the sites ( about a mile or so) and also the end of the street was the the main bus route to other sites like the city museum.

the wiring was a bit weird with things hanging from the walls. I was there for 6 days and the room was not cleaned once and the bins were not emptied despite the cleaners cart being frequently parked outside my room.

Everything was clean and the location was just a short walk from all the important spots to go see. Loved having the drinks/snacks from refrigerator and the staff was very friendly :)

The walls were a little thin so it was a little noisy at times from other guests or from the outside. We went at a time were there weren’t too many other guests - but could be a problem with more guests staying.

The bed was comfortable with a little creek. There was a fridge and kettle so I could really look after my needs.

There was a request not to eat sitting on the bed but the stool with the vanity was not strong so I had to sit on the floor.

It's really very good

No one is coming for daily cleaning if we go and tell them they are cleaning... not changing the bed sheets.... and in toilet thr is springe to wash there is tissue paper... for Indians it's bit uncomfortable... but other than room is too goos

Property located a 20 minute walk from the Hanok village. Easy access to bus routes. The most comfortable bed I have ever slept in and beautifully laundered pure cotton sheets. Bottled water as well as items such as toothbrush, toothpaste etc. also available.
