would like to thank everyone and especially Jolie who was kind and helpful and very patient with our endless questions, also we requested extra eggs sandwiches and they gladly provided them, there is nothing to complain of except the location on the opposite side of the jeju airport, otherwise even transporting was easy with kakao Taxi which Jolie helped us with a lot and she also helped us with all the attractions we wanted to go to, thankful for that and we loved staying there so peaceful and quiet, would definitely recommend for a peaceful beautiful place and weather with a nice view of the sea, spacious room and complete amenities, near convenient stores too, don’t miss out on the Indian restaurants and Italian food in the island they’re so good

Everything about Sun and Moon Resort was exceptional! The location is great with the beach and sea right in front, and we loved looking at the view. The room is very spacious and very well equipped. It is very clean and the beds and pillows are super comfortable. The staff are amazing - so friendly and helpful. They gave us a WhatsApp number to use for anything we needed. We used it to communicate about breakfast and they responded very quickly and accurately. We loved our stay very much. One of the highlights of our week in Jeju!

Everything is great. The breakfast is also good, but it would be even better if they had different items each day.

Julie was such a wonderful host, she answered my messages on booking.com chat promptly and made sure everything was ready when I checked in. She personally came to greet us and recommended excellent places to visit and eat. My friends and I adore her! The room was sea-facing and just the sight of the sun and sea filled us with much joy each day!

Breakfast could have been varied from day to day. It's away from most of the hustle and bustle of city life so for those keen to have more activity, this may not be suitable. Best for people who is on a self-drive holiday.

The owners/staff were extremely helpful, cheerful and polite. Special thanks to Michael for personally carrying our luggage up to our rooms, introducing restaurants and patiently listening to our countless queries and requests. Also special thanks to Julie who took the initiative to program our destinations into the car GPS when my mobile phone, which I was using for navigation, suddenly encountered connection problems. At the end of our stay, while checking out, Julie told us to call her if we encounter any problems during the rest of our trip. Such heart-warming service!

The rooms were very spacious with a fabulous view. The beds are comfortable and the wet room with a large bath was great. The beach is right there, but the beach is unkempt which you may or may or like. There are lots of restaurants in the area, I can highly recommend the dancing fork. The staff are lovely. The pool is on the roof which is actually very nice because you get a breeze, this resort is very quirky which we really liked. The location is not very touristy but again we liked this.the gardens is nice and faces the sea.

The beach is not a place you go and layout to sun bath, but none of the beaches in the area are.

Very chill environment with a nice patio overlooking the greenery and the sea. The resort provides equipment for traditional Korean games for children to play at the patio area too. If you travel as a family and wish to BBQ yourself, the supermarket is 1 - 2 km away, and the BBQ area is available. Staff were exceptionally accommodating and hospitable. There are many nice little local restaurants nearby if you are adventurous enough. A slow walk at the pier nearby before or after dinner is a bonus. Parking is free on site.

Delivered breakfast was nice at the patio every morning, but they have to wake you up by 8.30am to deliver the food, you cannot sleep in late unless you don't want the breakfast (which is included in the stay). The breakfast is the same every day. Mosquitoes are something not the resort's fault as they did supply an odourless insect repellent in the room. You cannot keep the toilet dry after showering due to the design of the bathroom. Can be annoying if you only want to use the toilet after someone showered. Though there's a separate living room and a kitchen but they are all within the same small area, meaning 1. If you cook, your bed will definitely smell 2. You cannot on the lights at the living room area without disturbing those who wished to sleep.

The hotel has a wonderful view over the sea. There are restaurants in a walking distance. Free parking. Super helpful and polite staff. Spacious room. A swimming pool on the top with a great view. Nice garden. Very calm and quite area.

I would not rate it as 4 star. The rooms are very basic, some refurbishment would be desired. The breakfast was very very modest, and the same everyday; it was brought to the room at 8 am, no other option - no flexibility and uncomfortable a little. Key attractions of the island are a little far away.

The views were fantastic and the room was spacious and extremely clean. Everyone was very helpful and hospitable

The room was very clean and spacious. We enjoyed the morning breakfast with a view of the lawn and the beach in the background. All the staff at the resort were extremely pleasant and helpful. They provided us with recommendations to good restaurants around, directions to the laundromat, and even offered to let us contact them if we lose our way hiking in Jeju. While the location may be far from the city centre, we loved that the area was quiet and peaceful, and near to multiple attractions (e.g. Sagye beach, Sanbang mountain, Yongmeori Coast). Overall, it was a lovely stay, and we would come back again.

We had some difficulties getting consistent hot water for the shower initially, but we were able to figure out how to do so thereafter.

Following our great experience last year, we’ve decided to stay for summer holiday this year again, and we were never disappointed! The room is specious and clean. The terrace is a nice place for a breakfast or evening chill, and jacuzzi bath is relaxing after swimming pool. The rooftop swimming pool is rather small but great for family with small kids. Owners are really kind and try their best to help guests. We would definitely be back next year.

There are not many rooms so hard to book.
