The hotel is easy to locate, and it's within walking distance of a bus stop. There's also a cafe in the lobby and a 24-hour convenience store nearby. There's also a street (Bangi-dong Alley) nearby full of restaurants, cafes, and bars, most of which are open all night long, so you can have late dinner if needed. The room was big enough for two people, and there was even a big sofa that could act as an extra bed. The bed itself was soft and comfortable, so I got to sleep well every night. The staff was also welcoming and accommodating, and they allowed me to leave my luggage in the lobby. 10/10 I would stay here again.

There was little to no floor space for luggage. There was no division between the shower and the rest of the bathroom, so the water could get everywhere. While there is a nearby bus stop, the nearest subway station is some ways away, so it'll be a little bit of a walk. Since it's also near a nightlife alley, it could get a little loud at night. While you could leave your luggage in the lobby, there's no specific room for it, so it's really just by the front desk where other people could access them.

LOCATION. It is perfect for people watching concerts at KSPO Dome or the Handball Gymnasium or anything at the Olympic park. It is 7 mins by taxi, 15 mins by bus and the hotel has bicycles for rent if you want to cycle to the Olympic park. It is also walking distance from Lotte World and the Bangi Food alley is 1 min walk. There's a subway closeby with an elevator as well. The towels were changed and the bathroom amenities as well as the water were rwplenished everyday. Ther welcome drink also when you check in is a nice touch. By the way this is my 2nd time staying here because it is really convenient.

Excellent hotel experience. Comfortable room, spacious, good firm bed and soft pillows. Super clean facilities. Friendly and helpful staff. Location is superb, lots of restaurants in the nearby streets, a few blocks away from Lotte Tower complex, very convenient.

If a room with a view is a priority then this is not the hotel for you. There are so many buildings in that area that I think none of the nearby hotels have a view.

The bathtub was amazing. It was super large and I really enjoyed that. The breakfast was a good quality Korean-style American breakfast as well. Bed was comfortable.

The room itself had some spots that hadn't been cleaned very well. There was a hair in the bathtub and a bit of hair near the mirror in the bathroom. It was clean at a glance, but if you looked closely, you could tell that someone may have been in a bit of a rush.

Bed was very comfortable. Room was small but very typical of South Korea. It fit our needs just fine so no issue. The staff was very nice. Breakfast was included and was very good. a little repetitive. I don’t want to see a sausage again anytime soon, but everything else was very good. The staff spoke English well or at least enough for us to communicate our needs without issue.

Area is a little noisy due to the surrounding hotels and just the amount cars that are everywhere due to the parking situation. Plus there is a body shop near that caused a lot of noise, but no actual issues with the hotel itself or that would stop me from staying there again.

Location is excellent if you're planning on visiting Lotte World and nearby destinations. The staff was super nice and helpful, and particularly patient with our very grumpy 3 yo son. We stayed in a dupkex room, which was super nice and spacious, it was really nice to have the extra room, considering we were travelling with a young child. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful, although not a buffet. Overall a very nice hotel experience.

There wasn't a place or device to hang towels in the bathroom. The floor heating was set and it was not possible to adjust it without calling for help. Same with the air conditioner, it was set to remain off all the time. I guess it was set like this because of the recent descent in temperature, however it was still warm enough indoors as for the floor hearing to be uncomfortable. The room didn't have much of a view.

Breakfast was hearty and very good start to the day. The value is absolutely worth it. Room is almost all clean and almost all facilities exist. Food is everywhere and cheap, although it is maybe less for foreign travellers who aren't willing to try the local food types.

A roach somehow got into my sock. The sink has some stains that must be removed. The business plan here advertises a SIM card but that feature is now defunct and you must buy your own. Only one laundry and dryer but somehow they are almost always available, and they are free anyhow.

The service was very good and the hotel staff were very polite. There is a food street near the hotel with a lot of food.

The only drawback is that there was a building under construction next to the hotel during my stay, which made it a bit noisy.

The staff were friendly, and the room was beyond comfortable. Location was excellent for the price. Bus station, subway and restaurants as well as shopping mall all near by. I would definitely stay here again.
