Very nice hotel in a nice area. There are many restaurants and entertainment venues in the area. The subway is very convenient and is also close to the Lotte World Tower, the shopping center and the sports facilities.

there is no longer a concierge to check in or check out. Or even just to call a taxi. You speak to a machine located at the entrance, from which a person who knows where answers you anyway. It would be nicer if there was a person there, also for safety reasons, given that the doors are always open.

I love the location, as it is suitably close to the Jamsil Sports Complex, but situated off of the main street. Therefore, it is generally very quiet. The room was luxurious, and well-presented.

Unfortunately, the spray nozzles of our spa bath were not operational. Although this is not a deal-breaker, I would have loved to soak in the giant bath tub a little longer.

The hotel ads should be clear that the swimming pool is only strictly available if you book a Suite, the hotel information sheet in the room was out of date as there's no longer room service or laundry services

They let us drop our bags off before check-in time, and the location was great!

Sweltering in the room. No way to reduce the temp. Called front desk at 0300 and tried to tell him in broken Korean/English about the room. It was just too hot. We opened the windows and people were yelling and partying in the streets. The mattress was also super springy. Poor sleep either way.

Enjoyed my stay. Both rooms I stayed in great. Very friendly and helpful staff. I was very grateful the staff let me leave luggage on thw day I checked out all day. Good location, very near Jamsil Seneae subway Station. Very happy with stay. Would stay there again. Good location for restaurants, cafes and bars too.

Nothing, everything was good. A price on booking.con for breakfast might be nice :)

I love the location and how clean the hotel/ our room was, the front desk staff were very helpful and super kind when the people who came to clean up were amazing.!

With they had shuttle service but it’s ok they would book a taxi for you.

The room was lovely and spacious. The TV was a good size that you can watch from the bed. The location was amazing as it is close to line 2, which is very accessible to other parts of Seoul.

We opted for the room with the hot tub, only to be told on the day that the hot tub would not be able to produce the bubbles because of covid.

Staff can speak English and are friendly and helpful. Room size is big. Shower recess and bath tub are available.

There is no door between bedroom and bathroom. A bit of lack of privacy when you stay with your friends.

We had a really pleasant stay, the staff were very friendly, the room was very clean and had good facilities. The area around the hotel was quite nice with good bars and restaurants.

We underestimated how big Seoul is. The hotel was quite far away from the centre 40 min taxi or subway ride

The bed was really comfy. The hotel was close to loads of stores and the metro. I enjoyed my stay as a solo traveler. The room was nice and big - so was the bathroom.

The TV in the bathroom didn't work, which was fine, but I didn't understand why the TV power was still on. It made it seem like there was a camera/CCTV behind the glass, even though the paper informed there wouldn't be anything like that - it made it kinda suspicious.
