My family loved the hotel and with good reasons given the value for money. Location is excellent, just walking distance from Jamsil station. Malls nearby for easy access/shopping/breakfast coffees. Top notch views and facilities - the indoor pool and Sauna were my fav. There's a middle lift where it's windowed and you get to see LotteWorld. We also bought tickets to Lotteworld and the Magic Door entrance was soooo convenient to enter, no need to queue to enter the themepark! Room was amazing, clean and neat with all the right amenities and features, we even requested for different pillows!

Long walk from the basement metro station exit to the Lotte Department store lift and more walking to the Hotel entrance lobby via the Lotte Department store. Why not just have a dedicated lift to the hotel instead? And please put up signs to show Hotel Lobby? This was the ONLY issue I had and it's a fair one due to accessibility of finding the hotel upon arrival via Metro at Jamsil station.

The location was central to where we want to go in Seoul so we were always able to get to and fro to the places of interests in a decent amount of time. It is also situated on the main Seoul metro so the connectivity was very good. The facilities were also good as the kids enjoyed the swimming pool. The room was also well maintained, and we always had a good rest after our day out.

It is a very popular hotel, so late checkout is not available. They do not seemed to have a storage area for luggage like other hotels, and leaving the luggage with the concierge meant it is just placed beside the counter. Fortunately, during our stay there is not a lot of guests who is leaving their luggage with the concierge, so it was still okay for us to leave it with them until the airport transfer.

The location was fantastic. It had a magic door to enter Lotte world which made it much easier for our family because we didn't have to go outside where it was very cold. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful making navigation easy. The room is clean and tidy. It's within the shopping complex, everything is at your fingertips.

We were not informed or reminded about the time the magic door to the Lotte World would close. It is also on an expensive side compare to other hotels.

We had a party of 9 (7 adults and 2 5 year old under kids) with 4 rooms double rooms for a family gathering. The location was perfect with the size of the party, easy access to shopping, eat, visit aquarium, lotte world, Seoul Sky. Hotel offers great discounts price to the Lotte World, even cheaper than going thru 3rd party site (34K Won /ticket I think) AND direct access Lotte World without dealing with the crazy crowds at the entrance. Hotel Guests are allowed to go in/out Lotte World once, so when we were tired at the park, we just took off for really good food at the Lotte Mall, take a nap and went back to Lotte World later afternoon. The Kid Lounge at the Lotte Hotel was phenomenal, younger kids (7 and under) could easily enjoy the facility for hours. My 5 yo loved the hotel Kid lounge more than Lotte World. All of us had the hotel buffet breakfast, due to our party size they seated us in the private dining room. Food was AMAZING, by far most delicious breakfast buffet compared to other major world chain hotel in South Korea. (ex, Sher*ton, We*tin) The charcuterie board was tasty, the parmigiano wheel cheese was the highlight for my kid. Authentic traditional Korean breakfast was approved by my native local in laws. Udon/pho booth was great, man the coffee bar was exceeding to the European standards. The room was standard size, booked at the very last minute so there weren’t lots of option online. Double room was really for 2 occupancies, we had to upgrade some rooms to a triple rooms with the front desk for the little kids. Love there was a washing machine in the bathroom but I wish it comes with English menu, as it took me so long to figure out how to use it and google translate wasn’t accurate. Tips on washing machine: Wash for 34 min, Dry for 2 hours . Do not overload or set the dryer time less than 2 hours.

Washing Machines in the room does not come with English setting/menu. no biggie if you don't need to wash your clothes.

The service was exceptional from the moment we pulled up the curb. Staff everywhere were extremely friendly and willing to go above and beyond. The hotel is conveniently located at Lotte world, a department store and mall as well as a subway station making it very convenient. The rooms were lovely and well equipped.

The pool was not geared to children as it was a lane pool.

Breakfast was excellent. Hotel staff very friendly and helpfull. Hotel very clean.

we were missing a lobby or separated room with seats where we could have a last drink and discuss about our day. The location should be open at all times without limits. no service necessary we could have brought our own drinks. Instead we had to meet in a room of one of our colleagues.

The facilities were great to entertain us during our stay. The proximity to restaurants and shops is fantastic because we didn't have to travel too far.

Waiting for the lifts to get back to the ground floor or to reception takes more than 10 minutes of waiting. Especially during check out.

Location, facilities, friendly staff, everything was great. Connected with underground city so we didn’t need to get out in -14 degree cold weather. Connected with aquarium, Lotte world adventure, Lotte mart, department store, so many things..room has got small laundry machine which was so useful for a family with little child.

I loved everything about the hotel! It's worth every cent spent on this hotel! You will not regret staying here at all. Has everything around from a giant tower, mall, restaurants, the subway station and many attractions to see in the area! Recommended 10/10 will stay here again if I visit Seoul again!

There was nothing to not like about this hotel! Everything was just perfect, in my opinion!
