The room was a good size and had a king bed which was a must for us. The staff were amazing especially the lady from housekeeping would check to see if we needed anything each morning.

Just minor things like new caulking needed in bathrooms, and the tv turned on every time we came in.

Breakfast was great. And Dinner at the hotel was the best too.

I stayed for about two months--first and foremost, staff are in my experience all very friendly and helpful, with excellent English. Staff proactively took notice of potential issues and contacted me to check and/or resolve them. Location is great, with easy access to the city through nearby subway station. Room was spacious and comfortable. Large television is great for those days when it's too hot to enjoy Seoul.

There's not much to dislike—I wouldn't have minded if the gym were slightly larger and had a barbell, and the bathroom sinks tends to get splattered with water, but that's about it.

- A/C was turned off since the outside weather was cool, however, inside the room the temperature was a bit high. The staff didn't turn it on and instead, the provided a fan.

Exceptionally friendly staff, great location, and very comfortable. Travellers with little or even no Korean language familiarity should be confident that staying at this hotel should present absolutely no difficulties.

Bathroom interior was a little dated--not much storage space for toiletries, and due to sink design a lot of water would inevitably splash onto our belongings. Washing machine and drier in coin laundry only operate on cash and take small denominations, so an exchange machine would have been appreciated.

Everything was great. I cannot fault any part of my stay and the room was just what I hoped for. I has stayed in multiple Airbnb's leading up to this stay and so this was a huge step up.

I have very little complain about. If I was super picky I would say please don't come over to you with 20 mins left at breakfast time to say we will be closing in 20 mins. It's a small complaint but sometimes these things annoy you hearing it every day.

Booked 2 rooms for 5 days. Very comfortable rooms, super king sized beds with nice bedding, comfortable pillows. Rooms cleaned daily. Excellent helpful staff. Great location for eating out with many restaurants to choose from. Starbucks and Dunkin in the same building. 2 key cards per room, free internet. Thoughtful lighting scheme and decent sized television, table and chairs by window.

Nothing not to like but would have preferred some nicer toiletries.

breakfast more than sufficient but I would not take breakfast - many options in Korea that met my expectations. plus I am not a breakfast person.

many varieties NOTHING I did not like. we are strict in our diet the chef was helpful with the least English but he was helpful , was quick to answer my doubts.

I thought the breakfast was a delightful mixture of both oriental and western cuisine that best suited my particular tastes. Hats off to the chef(s)

There wasn't anything that I didn't like to be honest. I found the entire stay to be really pleasant and worthwhile. I especia liked the room and the friendly nature of the staff.
