Room with view. Right in the center of the city.

Have been here before and can't hide a 'little disappointment' about this stay. Booked 'the best room' in the hotel, which come with a price tag that is justified if when is for a special occasion, and when the cost is not a factor. However, it took 8 e-mails to try and arrange a flower bouquet to be delivered to the room (which also comes with a price tag that is worthy of the room)...and after expecting everything was OK, no flowers upon arrival.... I know it's not the hotel that does the flower arrangement and it's the flower shop inside the hotel, but seriously...a 5-start hotel and a 6-figure KRW room for 1 night and you can't get flowers to the room...I didn't expect that to happen.

The room was so spacious, with floor to ceiling windows. The layout was incredible. Couch, desk well spread out with plenty of open areas. Bathroom was immaculate. Large bonus tub with bath salts. A well-equipped apartment feel. The staff was courteous and professional. Could not ask for more. Obviously expensive, but worth the cost.

Our room was spacious and very comfortable with a great view overlooking the city and the mountains beyond. Housecleaning services were impeccable; for example, when the cleaner noticed we'd used both coffee pods of one kind, she started leaving extras. Turndown service was also great, with slippers by our bed and a different kind of cookie each night. Kudos especially to Lilly at the front desk, who came to recognize us and every day went out of her way to make sure our experience at the hotel was perfect. Also, given the current exchange rate, the hotel was very well priced for a Four Seasons. Also, there is a (very popular) secret bar in the basement, which is a lot of fun.

When a housekeeper reported a leak in our shower (actually not a leak, just a hard-to-turn faucet), we were not informed and came back from dinner to find a strange man (as it turned out, a staff engineer) in our bathroom. This was very unsettling. However, front desk manager Lilly not only apologized profusely but also made sure procedures were in place to notify clientele in advance in the future. The food was American-Four-Seasons price, or higher.

Don't know why the reception lady (Bella) is very rude and rushed when checking in but other staffs are really nice and helpful. The location is good and too is comfy.

location is perfect, we arrived with airport limousine bus for 17.000 won each person, took us around 1h to the hotel, most comfortable way to arrive, bus station is right in front of hotel, so 10meters to walk max. the room is very clean, every staff very attentive and made our stay most comfortable as possible. They have tablets in room, so u can live chat with reception in need of something, and they answer every wish promptly. I

Not sure if bed sheets are changed daily, but have changed after request. no other complains.

We were traveling Japan and Korea for 5 weeks and had the pleasure of staying in the four seasons Seoul for the last 5 nights of our trip. It was the best hotel we went to by far. Facilities are wonderful, gym is out of this world (real benches and squat racks- weightlifters dream). The bar and restaurants are fantastic. The hotel went out of their way to make me feel special on my birthday also. The concierge team is the best- Dawn and Alex especially helped us with some wonderful recommendations!

The service was great and the gym was pretty good. The breakfast is normal and not out of this world. The location is great and the staff was amazing. I think the spa was pretty good.

The booking system for reservations was confusing and some people made some mistakes. I think the system was confusing at times. Also in the gym the bathroom facilities were quite limited
