Everything! Location. The hotel itself is very charming. The bed and pillows are excellent. Breakfast was very good - the choice of Asian, classic eggs and toast, etc. they also serve complimentary coffee and snacks all day round.

It is not about the property - just be aware that there is construction going near, it’s noisy at night as well. Carnage cleaners also air a lot of noise. Better have earplugs. The hotel itself is soundproof.

Very good location, just in the center near metro and attractions. Helpfully stuff with good English. Comfortable beds. Good breakfast. Water, tea and coffee free in the lobby

I liked everything about this Hotel! First of all, the location is amazingly good and central - easy to reach the subway, busses and to transfer from/to the Airport! Shops and restaurants nearby - trust me, you are completely covered. There is even free water on the first floor you can grab for free - no need to buy & carry it from outside. It’s the small things that make it stand out - the comfortable slippers in the room, free water, the best ever shower gel and body care and the design of the breakfast buffet room - very lovely decorated, it feels like a piece of art - and it truly is. Breakfast, by the way, is very good. Lots of greens, good choice. The laundry (as of February 2025) costs only 15.000 Won - is cheap, super fast: gave my stuff in the morning - it was ready in the evening. All washed and even ironed. That’s fantastic, thanks to the staff for that. Imagine that kind of service for approximately 10 USD in western countries? Impossible! The heated floor during winter is very comforting and cozy (for summer travellers - there is an Air Conditioner in the room). The beds are medium - not too soft, not too hard. Basically perfect for me. The pillows were great - you can see that overall the hotel isn’t going cheap to save money and only go for profit. Customer service and good quality is prioritised here. I am giving an honest 10/10 recommendation here - can’t really compare to other Seoul accommodations since first time here, but I don’t have to. If something is just good, then I’m happy with it.

Not exactly a downside, but there is no Safe in the room. Seoul is super safe, however, with CCTV all over the place.

I loved the breakfast ....good variety. Fresh food. Ample food. I loved the artistic flare and decorations in the breakfast room and all throughout the hotel. Staff in breakfast room very friendly and helpful.

Would absolutely stay again! I felt completely safe for my whole stay, from the facilities, location and staff. The staff made an effort to communicate in English with me which I never expect but always appreciate, and they were very helpful about the features of my stay. I also had to make a last minute booking after checking out since my flight was cancelled and they were very accomodating, they also let me check in extremely early for a small extra fee. The room itself was very clean and they provided options for a full room make up or a maintenance clean of just the rubbish and towels. I was really grateful to have a small fridge and a bathtub available as well, and the hot water was almost instant! I didn't make it to breakfast often since I woke late, but there were a lot of options available for various tastes. I visited Korea in a transition between 18 to -1 degrees and the insulation was great, I think the indoor temperature is maintained at about 24 degrees with air conditioning available. The location is amazing for a tourist, between two major subway lines with only a short walk to a number of other lines. I also chose to walk to Myeongdong, Gyeongbokgung palace, Insadong, and Dongdaemun often since they were all about 20 minutes or less away. Never had a noise problem either despite being located on a street off a main road.

There were minor visual flaws such as paint peeling in corners but the general structure is very sound and it never felt unclean to me, simply natural wear.

The breakfast was very tasty everyday. The decoration and how the hotel was set up with paintings and European inspired furniture was very surprising!

We wish our bed would have been made up more often for a stay of 1 week.

This hotel is in the perfect spot—super easy to get around, whether you're walking or taking public transport. The place itself is beautifully decorated and spotless, which made it feel really inviting. Our room was comfortable, and the bathroom was surprisingly spacious and well-designed. The staff were so friendly and always happy to help, which made our stay even better. Plus, there are plenty of great cafes and shops just a short walk away, so everything we needed was right there. I enjoyed the breakfast. They had enough vegan-friendly options. The dining area is beautifully decorated.

Beautifully designed rooms, the beds are very comfortable and the heating is wonderful in the depths of winter. Great location, walkable to many of the main attractions of Seoul. The breakfast is good, remember you're in an Asian country and not a western world so don't expect lots of western choices. Great little cocktail bar just around the corner

We had a slight issue with the hot water but were moved to another room where everything was fine.

The breakfast was amazing and so plentiful. The guest areas in lobby and garden are well designed and comfortable. The nice little touches of snacks and drinks available in lobby and also k beauty to try. A microwave to use. Being able to use the iron was great too. The staff were lovely and I noticed in our 3 week stay, they work hard and are constantly improving the property.

The cleaning was overall very good. Just sometimes rubbish not taken and sometimes changing linen when not needed. Bed was beautiful but uncomfortable for me. Mainly pillows were a bit hard. So not my best sleeps

Everything is fabulous. The staff were very helpful and nice, especially the Uzbekistan ladies (English, Russian and Korean speaking) receptionists, and also the helpful breakfast staff in the restaurant. The whole hotel was exceptional, clean, and well decorated. The room was great, a very comfortable bed. Heated tiled floor made room nice and warm (I was there in winter), there was also good air-conditioning. The location was good for the many restaurants and bars. A short walk to Metro station for ease to get to everything else Seoul has to offer.

Breakfast has limited European options. But since it's all free and included, it was good for eggs, toast, waffles, tea, coffee, and fruit drinks.
