Fantastic location, easily accessible from the metro and Seoul Station, and surrounded by loads of restaurants, coffee shops and shops. Good space in living room and kitchen, well equipped bathroom.

Beds weren’t the most comfortable, and space/storage in the bedrooms was really limited. Only 1 bathroom wasn’t ideal for a party of 4. Temperature was too hot at night, with the AC turned off centrally over winter. Only window was in the main living area, so it was difficult to regulate this. Ideally would have had AC on, as lack of windows and space in the bedrooms made it uncomfortable.

The apartment is very clean and tidy, and there is no disturbance in the rooms. Customer service is very nice and fast. I would like to thank the receptionist (her nationality is Korean), I do not remember her name. We had a special circumstance and she helped us very much. She was friendly and helpful even after we left the hotel. Her behavior with us had a wonderful impact on our trip❤️❤️

I like the cleanliness, it looks and smells clean. The place is modern and comfortable to stay at. I also like the shower, water is strong and refreshes me after a tiring day tour, I especially love the scent of the shampoo, conditioner and bath soap. I wanted to ask for the brand so that I can buy and bring home but I forgot.. The staffs are very nice and helpful, we got the room which is right in front of the front desk, It’s funny how we just open our door, peek and ask the receptionist right away, didn’t even need to go out the door haha. Shout out to Mr. Minseok Lee, he’s very kind and attentive to our needs, helped us get our ride from the hotel to the airport during check-out, which was a breeze for us. Thank you UH, we’ll definitely come back next time.

If I had to think about any, It would probably be a little short of space to put our luggage inside the bedroom, we were 4 ladies in a two bedroom unit, the beds are huge and comfortable, but given we have large bags for a few days of stay, we had to use parts of the living room to place our luggages, it made the place look messy coz of our things. But overall, it doesn’t matter, we were comfortable.

Amazing location. It was within walking distance to a lot of places like the Gyeongbokgung palace, Buchak Hanok village, insadong, myeongdong, namdaemun and so on. The hotel is surrounded by shops and mostly restaurants. Very lively area. We were staying on the third floor. Our room had a living room and separated bedrooms. We could hear everything in the living room, but the bedrooms were very well soundproofed. We had no issue whatsoever with the noise when sleeping. The staffs were amazing. They were very friendly and helpful. Washing machine was also provided for guests use without any additional cost. It would have been a perfect stay if not for the stained couch. It looked quite dirty. I would definitely recommend this place. 8/10

It makes you feel like home and exceptional service from all staff from reception to house keeping. You will be greeted with a classy aroma scent in your room waiting for your arrival. I’ve asked if they could help with luggages as I have 3 kids with me & they gladly helped me. The response from WhatsApp was unbelievably responsible. I would say within 1 min my queries are answered. There was once my kids wanted to have pizza for dinner but we couldn’t find it in time before shop closed at 9pm. I’ve kindly seeker their help if they could order on behalf as I do not have the app for ordering. Without any questions asked, they’ve extended their help & got the pizza delivered just before I reach back from outside. My kids are so happy & im truly happy too. I’ve extended 2 more nights. Total ive stayed for 8 nights at UH Suite The Jongno.

Located in the street of bars, restaurants and shops. Excellent location. Receptionist is friendly and helpful. The suite is large for group of 6.

The suite in the annex building is facing a bar. Loud music can be heard till 3 am daily. Noise can be heard during the early morning truck unloading food ingredients for the nearby shops as well as the rubbish truck clearing the rubbish. Not recommended if u want a good and peaceful sleep at night.

The location is near subway and the places that we wanted to go are just a few stops away hence very convenient! It is only a 15mins walk to Mydeongdong Area. The hosts and staff are very friendly and responsive to all of our questions, needs and helpful! They were even willing to help us make reservations to some of the cafes before we arrived due to the langauage barrier. Being able to hang out with friends in the common areas like the living area, kitchen area instead of returning to a room.

It would be better if the room is equipped with the following: - there is a full length mirror in the room - more hanging hooks in the toilet to hang clothes - a fan in each room to help with ventilation as it is quite warm and stuff. the aircon is only set to heater mood and there is no window to allow cool air to come in - an extra toilet will definitely be super useful as it is a room for up to 6 people The noise level coming from the pubs/ bbq place downstairs can be quite disturbing if you are a light sleeper.

The apartment was spacious for our family of 4 for our 6-night stay. It was clean and comfortable. The location was convenient, near subway station. There were several convenience stores and many restaurants and cafes in the surrounding area. The response to queries prior to our stay was fast. Min Seok Lee, Ji Wan and the other staff were friendly and polite. They could speak English which made communication easy. Special thanks to Min Seok who went the extra mile to assist us. He was always ready to render help when approached.

Music from the bar opposite the aparthotel could be heard late into the night.

The service by the concierge is excellent. They reached out before the stay to ensure that everything was in place and even helped us to order delivery. The location is conveniently located, with an olive young just downstairs, above Starbucks and next to kyochon. Room was also clean. And the common area in the room was spacious

Close to buses and subway, lots of food options right outside the door and convenient stores down through block

There was a spray the cleaners use that reminded me of moth balls scent. We had to request for them not to use the spray. I read about the noise level since across the hotel is a club, and lots of bars, but it wasn’t bad at all! Windows can open and close, but beware of opening that during the night where you can smell food from the restaurants.
