The room is comfortable, the hotel staff is kind, the location is far away, you need to walk for a while to go to the subway station, there is a bus to the subway at the door, but it takes a while.

I hope the air conditioning in the hotel can be adjusted again, it is very warm, but it will be a little hot and stuffy when you fall asleep in the middle of the night

Stayed here as part of a Gate 1 Tour of South Korea. The only advantage to this location is that the DMZ and airport are about an hour away. There is a Tenpercent Coffee and 3 Olive Youngs within 3 blocks. The room was relatively spacious and had a kettle, fridge with 2 water bottles replaced daily, robes, bathtub, and toilet with bidet. There is a coin laundry in the parking basement that is ₩3000 to wash and ₩3000 to dry.

Location is rough for a tourist. It is FAR from Seoul tourist hubs: the trip back from Myeongdong took over an hour by subway and bus. The closest big shopping hub is Hongdae, and that’s still about 30 mins by bus. The elevators take a while to come and are often packed at 9am when tour groups are leaving. The buffet was a little disappointing - I would skip it and get coffee nearby instead.

It was for my mum's birthday celebration. I chose here cuz there is a sauna which was excellent and even an indoor swimming pool included. The man who looked like a manager welcomed us warmly and kind enough to handle my request. The breakfast was great ranged from Korean to Western style. The parking lot is also spacious.

Well, I didn't expect triple room means in 2 single bedrooms equipped 1 extra portable single bed. Some staff wasn't very informative. Before going to the sauna, we wanted to know whether we need to bring our own shower amenities since this hotel only offers hooked to the shower wall shampoo, the lady at the front desk asked to someone to check and return to me we need to bring ours. Well apparently I didn't bring any. Well it turned out there were all shower amenities at the sauna shower wall.

The physical space facilities of the hotel are in optimal condition, especially the gym equipment. Also the surroundings are very quiet for relaxation. Staff are helpful.

The location was quite apart from the city center, nevertheless the public transportation is optimal and very efficient. The sauna facilities were very crowded during the morning time The Netflix service offered by the hotel was not working adequately

I had to stay in this area as I was meeting a bus tour the following day. I was really pleasantly surprised by the neighbourhood, which is ultra modern but also near to an old style area with lots of great restaurants and bars. I would definitely recommend staying here when visiting Seoul. You get a far nicer room for your money and it's easy to get into the city on the very fast airport all stops line. The hotel room was comfortable and large and the staff were helpful and pleasant.

We had a junior suite, which was HUGE. Loved the having the large spacious shower as well as a separate tub/shower. Bed was very comfortable. We only spent one night here, as it was conveniently located near the broadcast station where I needed to go. There are a few restaurants nearby, but we did not have a chance to try them. Starbucks around the corner was a plus. Overall this is a nice area, and I wish I had more time to explore the area.

Near the World Cup park. Quiet area and yet accessible to establishments. Near bus stop. Comfy bed and all necessities are here.

Relatively the building and room has much older look. Quite more expensive than other hotels so I was expecting a more premium experience.

The staff were amazing and helpful. They promptly attend to my requests (assisting with laundry service or getting me a taxi). My junior suite was great, I'm impressed with how much space the room has and at the same time it was very clean and cozy.

The breakfast buffet was good in terms of taste and presentation but maybe could use a little bit more variety with the dishes - I stayed here for 5 days and everyday was the same spread, new dishes were added but only happened on my last day of stay.

Beautiful room. Super spacious and the bathroom was massive. Excellent value for what you get.

The only thing that really bothered me was that the room was so cold and we have two babies. Yes I tried to adjust the temperature but it never went above 23 so I think they pre set the temp which is a little frustrating because they could have said something or pre set it at a reasonable 25 in the middle of winter.
